Horrible horrible the GM name is Kelly Kazmierczak is the worst GM let’s start with she doesn’t know English. She had her employees translating for her. We ordered door dash and 90% of our order was missing. Had to return to this location to claim what we didn’t receive. That’s when we found out that she didn’t speak English. The cole slaw was sour, rotten. Justin was very rude. Why pay for door dash if you need to go back to the restaurant to claim your food due to incompetent manager. Restaurant was empty. No reason why. This is the third time it happens.

The place is one normal KFC, up until it comes to service, attention to the customer… You see the place is not that busy and employees often engage in conversations with each other, which is OK, but, when a customer arrives, their conversation is more important than the customer. I wish they’d show a bit more professionalism.

You can see how dry and old that chicken is. I told them I only wanted 4 wings. 2 original, 1crispy, 1 grilled. When I got home as you all can see no original at all. 2x crispy, 2 grilled. It was a simple order. The young man at the drive thru doesn’t even say hello / just the total. He gave back my card I pulled up he yells no it’s here. I told him if Open his mouth and speak maybe I’ll know what’s going. They want 15 an hour but refuse to work for it. Really bad customer service and food.
