I just remembered why I stopped coming to your useless branch. What kind of trash are you selling ? First my so called “Chicken Sandwich” is RAW. Are you insane ? Then my “BBQ Chicken Tenders” are swimming in what looks like grease and smells like something a wild animal wouldn’t even attempt to eat. What is wrong with this branch ? Why can you get anything right ? Your Soda machine throws out more water than a kitchen tap, stop skimming on the drinks ! What kind of nonsense is this ? To the Manager/Owner, fire everyone there, trow out everything into the dustbin then you should just close down, you dont belong in the F&B industry.

There was noone at the front counter to take our order. We could see an associate named Yarenys was on her phone behind the wall. Finally, after waiting for few minutes, she came out with a straight face to take the order. Food was ok, customer service was bad.

I have eaten here before, thankfully once a year at most. It is always terrible, I don’t know how they survive. Chicken is lukewarm never Hot. The corn same lukewarm and old even the color showed it’s old. Taste is OK just the freshness and temperature is always off. The new sized minutare biscuit was again ambient temp. and undercooked! One napkin (for KFC) you have to ask for more because they have none at the tables or front counter! I just read the other reviews and it seems I’m not the only one who thinks this place is terrible!

I go in the drive through place a simple order and then am asked to park in the front of the building. I don’t think anything negative of it maybe they are short staffed and it’ll take an extra minute or two for the order to be ready. While I’m parked at least 3 to 4 vehicles go through the drive through and exit with food because they leave. I see for being taken to 3 different vehicles that are curbside. Now I’m waiting 20 minutes in front of the KFC and decide on going inside to see what’s going on. Still thinking they are short staffed as I enter I see at least 5 employees. I ask about my order and show my receipt but the woman still asks what my order was. I repeat the order and at this point is when I realize why I’m standing in a KFC lobby after waiting on my vehicle for 20 minutes. Zero communication between anyone, zero professionalism cuz all I heard was about the back pains of one of the employees. The complete lack of energy of the employees in the place including the supervisor was ridiculous. I stood there waiting still for my food that I paid for and the employee tells me the reason it took so long is because they had to make my spicy chicken sandwich. Really??? Anyway finally I get the bag and look inside, of course they didn’t put the fries. Now I have to wait an extra couple minutes for fries. Almost half hour later I’m finally leaving this garbage establishment and will never be going back to this location….. EVER!!!

Waited 35 minutes for an incorrect order, and the girl at the window was very unprofessional and rude, giving no communication and you could hear laughing behind the kitchen. It’s a very new staff, or they just don’t care. Don’t waste your time, until they hire new people or better people, not worth your time or money at all.

If you ever want to be completely disappointed come and visit this place, only KFC in Miami, that never has most of their chicken. Usually only grilled which noone wants, don’t even bother asking for any sauce and mac and cheese usually tastes like it’s 4 days old. Stay away from this place

My kids love to eat this but guys did you know what KFC stands for cause this location don’t know they never have chicken after 8pm so please someone let them know where they work. They for sure don’t know that the main plate is chicken. So why be open till midnight to have fun telling everyone WE DONT HAVE CHICKEN!!!!
