Placed an over 30 dollar order for pickup. A few minutes after the time they said it would be ready it wasn’t so they said to park and wait. 20 minutes later still not ready so I went inside and noticed bugs everywhere even on the sign above the ordering area. Brown water dripping from the ceiling. Employee going from touching the register, counters and dirty cash with her gloves to going to prep food with the same gloves. Food was still not ready and this was so gross I didn’t want it anymore. Asked to cancel and refund. Waited 30 more minutes and still no refund. They told me to fill some form out on the website for refund. Over a week later and STILL no refund. I’ve reported them for the nasty conditions. It wont let me add a video of the nasty brown water dripping but I at least screenshot it to give an idea. Instead of refunding it they just seem shocked I’d even ask and just tried to argue the brown water dripping on people wasn’t dirty water.

Like most of the fast food restaurants, this KFC has mediocre staff. Although their are nice and courteous, they manage to screw up your order by not including the dipping sauce for the chicken tender combo. Even after you request it. I guess is my fault for trusting them and not checking the bag before driving away .

Really unprofessional but the food was alright and interior ambience was stellar! First the good – the ambience was really “KFCish”. They had a round table with a giant kfc bucket hanging down, they had colonel Sanders 101 display, multiple signs depicting kfc history as well! The good ends here.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My hubs & I have enjoyed takeout from this establishment and the food deserves four-stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. However, today we thought we’d eat there. We walked in, looked over the menu and a big guy was going to take our order. Or so we thought. He took my order, a simple Tender Meal. And walked away to beyond our view. No “excuse me” or “be right back”, he just walked. We stood there & we said “Excuse me?” Nothing. So, okay. My hubs said, “Okay, if you’re gonna just walk away & ignore us, we’ll walk out.” So we did. I said “Cancel my order….and more.” This is part of the “and more.” We went to PDQ! Great food, nice service. Forget this place. Maybe get takeout but…

I remember KFC as something different than what it has become. The people who work here are careless and rude, they rarely have a full inventory and substitutions are part of every order. It’s really humiliating to look next door to Chick-fil-A with a packed drive through from the empty KFC parking lot. The food quality has degraded but the employees at this location are the worst part. Just incompetent, rude, low quality people serving low quality food. I can’t remember being more disappointed.

I just ordered food from here and it was horrible. The fries were cold and stale, the chicken was cold old and had a funny smell, the biscuit was hard and dry. The fries came in a container I have never seen in my life. Worst kfc I have ever had. Soooo disappointing.

Would not recommend this kfc in this area lady taking order on 2/24/2022 at 3pm was rude and got order wrong she blamed it on us even though the family fest shows 8pc and 12 tenders she said that she doesn’t care they never serve them together store was not clean the guy at window telling a customer its not his fault with she got the wrong item so the meal she gave us instead of order meal was suppose to cone with 4 cookies got 3 no folks or spoons and just rude behavior after we had to go ask for them please stay away if your on vacation and want a good experience
