Decent enough KFC. Cashier was actually really good. The place was pretty clean and wasn’t too busy when we were there but by the time we left it was hopping. Food took a while to be ready but the order was correct and tasted good. I do feel that in general KFC is becoming more and more like a delicacy as it cost has seem to creep up there. Still a fun place to go.

This store has the worst customer service. The staff (during night shift) is atrocious. I had a shift manager (Erika or Erica) be ABSOLUTELY awful because I was ensuring they did not give my child the crispy chicken that contains milk which he is highly allergic to. When I went to double check her comment was “Oh God!” And handed me the bag with a complete attitude. This place always has some kind of issue with providing customer service. Not to include that half the time they don’t have chicken… how do you sell chicken and not have chicken? They need to do a complete fire and rehire because these people clearly don’t care to keep a job.

they are hardheaded!!! and rude i called and asked specifically for 8 legs on a mobile order and they told me they could do it , i get way home and see they didn’t even put 8 legs in here then when i called one of the b*ches put me on hold and took an order and began talking to other people completely ignoring, OVERALL -0 out of 10 get workers who listen!

I usually have an average experience at the drive thru and the chicken is always good. Tonight I had the rudest person taking my order. I was trying to ask for the side orders for each meal and she would cut me off asking what drink do you want. I started to ask if there was lemonade and she was talking to someone else the whole time and asking me what drink do you want. Then I asked her if she took my side orders since she never let me finish. Before I could finish asking her she cut me off and answered yes what drink do you want? I finally had to tell her that she keeps cutting me off. Then she says to drive to the window. There was only one car that pulled up behind me when I was finishing my order and no cars parked. So it was slow. Don’t understand the rush. Then I pulled up and I heard someone in the kitchen ask her what she has pending at the window (referring to me). She said she doesn’t remember anymore. Please – if the owner has a timer for them to capture how quick they process orders – stop it. You don’t have a crowd problem – you have a customer service problem where they cut you off to score points for fast service. Very very rude experience with this young lady.

My bf and I dined in for dinner and we noticed one of the cashiers with flip flops, shorts and a tank top. Not a professional look and to mention that she had on flip flops which is a huge health hazard. There’s also flies and tables are filthy and not clean.
