People are super nice honest trustworthy people! Great food quality and quantity and super yummy! Great for kids! Everyone was real sweet and my daughter enjoyed the attention from workers and loved their pirate statue and shark head! Also dropped $3 earlier. Happened to come back in for a drink refill and they returned my $3 letting me know I dropped it earlier. Will most definitely returned to this establishment! It’s truly amazing to still have people like them around today!

The service here is WONDERFUL! My son is in a cast and is trying to do things with his non dominant hand. With that comes accidents. He dropped his food. I was fully prepared to order him more food, however, one of the staff lady’s was here and already getting another meal prepared for him. Wonderful service, loving staff!

I don’t know what is going on at this location but something needs to be done. I ordered with Doordash and had to cancel after the driver called and let me know they were standing around and not doing anything as she waited. Then decided to drive up there and the drive through was at a standstill with people waiting for food. Then the car in front of me gets their order and apparently everything was wrong because they gave back the order and they started yelling. Where are the managers!!!!!

Horrible, consistently! I went there today at 2:50 the doors are locked, and there’s a girl standing in the doorway on her cellphone. I asked, is there a reason the lobby is closed and I can’t order food now. No answer, or explanation, she just walked away. It seems like this way below standard is the norm for this restaurant. No one offers you any type of explanation, wich at least would be the bear minimum of customer service. It’s a bad look for KFC. For such a corporate operation you’d think this would’ve been nipped in the bud a long time ago since it’s been going on for quite a while now. Consistently Horrible!!!!!!

Honestly I understand that they are just working but management needs to do better best believe your waiting at least 2 hours before you get anything and hopefully everything is in the bag when you get it so always have to make sure when you leave.

Although the dining room is unfavorable and this location is almost always closed, their new 20 fill up box is worth your money! Flavorful and juicy chicken & chicken nuggets, fluffy biscuits, and a side (fries or 2 individual sides) makes for the perfect meal for 2+ people.

11:47am May 5,2023 was the worst drive-thu experience I’ve had in my entire life. 3 females were taking my order completely getting it wrong. I wanted a K3 combo meal I eat it weekly. After finally getting to the window the 3 females were all at the window acting oddly rude. As I ask for hot sauce one of the females snatched an electronic devise with a flash and camera from standing position secretly recording people through the drive through.

Idk if she was the manager or not but my me and my mom ordered food in the drive through in the window was opened in we could here them talking bad about people in saying rude things to other employees and also when ever we asked for extra condiments they would give us attitude they chicken in the inside was pink the food was half done the fries taste stale there was this one nice lady who used to work at the drive through I remember her name Stephanie a good employee until this day all the other ones at the drive through are just re and nasty people
