Wasn’t given all the food we ordered. When we called to refund the difference of what we were missing was told we had to come all the way back to get a refund. Do better KFC, you already ruined dinner, now I have to drive all the way back!? I paid with a card and a mobile order, figure it out.

Staff very friendly and fast. Order was wrong. The original KFC recipe was NOT the KFC I know. It tasted off, a bit old, and not finger lickin good. I threw it out. Won’t go back here. Too bad cause they are so nice.

Chicken was bland and asked for all white meat chicken bucket but got all dark. When we called back, they brushed us off and didn’t care at all they got our order wrong even though all white meat was more $! We will never go back, and this place won’t last long in Titusville.

Chicken strips are not extra crispy… they’re not crispy at all. There was very little breading. You can’t order just strips at the tablet, there’s only combos available and you can’t remove drinks. The menu says “3, 4, or 5 strips” but I could order only 3, 9, or 12 strips. They gave my order to someone else and had to remake my order. I didn’t get a receipt even though I asked three times. It’s a little take-out-only place where you can’t enjoy your food without having to be on the road.

This is definitely the cleanest and nicest KFC I’ve been too and it seems others think so too since sometimes they are out of certain chicken items even before dinner. Great place, hopefully overtime they will correct the inventory issues.
