After forty minutes of waiting they just stole my money. Never got my food. Currently at Burger King up the road ordering food out $18. Update: manager refunded my money and gave me the food (which I just disposed of at home), but the gesture was appreciated. I will not be returning to this location. I think everybody just needs trained better or they need to shut this location down. Everybody in line waited 20-30 minutes each at least.

My advice. Don’t go to this one. They are out of everything. Guess they aren’t ordering what they need for supplies. I didn’t even get what I ordered so they give me an extra piece of chicken trying to appease me. That doesn’t cut it. I will never go there again. In fact, I may never go to KFC again. You want good fried chicken, go to PUBLIX.

All the chicken we ordered from 3 different combo meals were burnt to a crisp…couldn’t eat more than half of it…would I recommend this KFC? Hell no,went to the buffet a few months ago & a lady poured hot water in the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes to make them stretch instead of putting out new stuff….watered down food works too I guess….not when the place isnt busy I dont see why it’s so hard to put out good food but instead it looks like no one there cares about the quality of food they serve….if you want chicken then go to Danny’s fried chicken next to DQ

So we haven’t been to this establishment in many of years. Well we decided that since we were in town visiting with family, that we’dgo to KFC. Well we ordered the 30 dollar family meal with we get home and they missed half of the order. We called and they were very apologetic for the mishap. The young lady at the drive thru was incredible. Brittany..love her. I bought a 3 piece with fries and a biscuit. I left got down the road and TRIED to eat. Fries were cold and disgusting. I just threw out. Then I tried biscuit. Cold and hard. Threw out also. Then I tried the chicken. OMG disgusting.. I have never ever went to a KFC where I was grossed out but this one. So I called. The on call manager..laquiatta I guess.. was just a witch. Would not listen at all. I cooked for 5 years at Publix. So I know chicken. This chicken was hot but old. It had been recorded in the grease. So it made it rubbery. She would not listen and when I got louder than her she hung up.. this is ridiculous.. someone needs to fix this place. Ten dollars wasted.

Dining room was filthy. Seems to have a lot of staff, but no one at the register. I stood at the counter for a solid 10 mins before someone acknowledged me. (They just kept walking by.) The food on the buffet was old, the mashed potatoes already had a dry crust on the top. The guy tending to the buffet was refilling the water and noticed the chicken & noodles had dried out and he poured a pitcher of water in the food and gave it a stir. I won’t be back. This was terrible! I’ll stick to the local chicken place, Danny’s across the street. They’ve never let me down.

Service is unacceptable, ordered some food, was told 18 minutes to make which was fine. Waited in line for over 10 minutes and went to pay was told it would be 22 minutes. Which means they never dropped what I ordered. Very disappointed in this KFC in Niceville. Highly recommend ypu avoid it
