Ate a spicy chicken sandwich and a large macaroni, it was delicious. They didn’t have enough chicken for 2 sandwiches, but I’m not a delinquent so I understand. I’d reccomend, plus they were quick.

Some chicken don’t taste freshly made. If you order a box, two will be fresh and the other one will be dry and hard. I don’t like when when they do that…. Make sure you ask if it’s close to freshly made.

I have to agree with other comments. I’m new to the area and my experience on the only two visits have been the same. It’s a filthy restaurant and the food seems old. Very soggy chicken and the fries seemed old and stale. I won’t be back.

We found an orange food tag (?) inside our mashed potatoes. That put an end to our meal, and made us wonder what else we had just ingested. Both disturbing and nauseating.

I’ve never been made angry by a KFC Buffet until this one. One star for the mildly polite staff, and one more for the stocked buffet. First of all, their outside trash can was overflowing into the bushes. Second, they give you one plate for the buffet. Don’t get me started on the kid cup that comes with it. Third, the speakers are so busted that it sounds like you’re listening to music through popcorn in your ears. The tables have chicken crumbs all over them, but I’m not one to be too offended by that. It just rubs me the wrong way when they give out one plate and a kid cup at a KFC buffet. There are no condiments to be found. The place hasn’t been remodeled or redecorated since the early 90’s. I’ve been to better KFC buffets in Mobile, AL.

Dirtiest, most unorganized, poorly run KFC I have ever been to. They need new help, the front counter seems overwhelmed. Had to clean a table just to sit and walls are nasty!! Men’s bathroom door just opens to the lobby and watch men standing at urinals, just awful!!! Will not go back!

No more inside dining so zero atmosphere. Not being able to dine inside also concerns me by not being able to see the cleanliness of the inside area. A lot of restaurants are slacking when it comes to cleaning up now that the employees are not being observed by customers any more throughout the day. They got my son’s order wrong but he ate it anyway so 3 stars since I didn’t have to drive back to get the order corrected. Employees were courteous.

Seriously what is wrong with this place it’s even worse than the KFC in gulf breeze which is pretty terrible. The honey BBQ wings never have sauce on them and today the biscuits tasted sour. This place needs to be inspected by the health department.

By far the worst KFC we have ever been to you. The first time they were out of certain pieces of chicken, so they ended up giving us the smallest pieces we’ve ever seen to compensate what they were out of. Second time we went chicken was completely soggy. Not sure how this KFC is still in business.
