I would like to rate higher because the young lady who took our order was very sweet and helpful. She was doing hey best under poor circumstances. The food was good. This location is very understaffed, though. It took us 45 minutes to get our food which added that much time to our 12 hour trip. It’s not the workers fault, but they need more people at this location.

It took 10 minutes before anyone came over the speaker, I wasn’t in a big hurry, so I waited to order supper. I asked for 5 pot pies, but they said they only had 4 so I got those along with some chicken nuggets for the kids. It took 30 minutes to order, pay, and get the food. The staff wasn’t friendly or rude,just there. The lady at the window dropped one of the sauces and cussed when she went to replace it. We got home and the pot pies had 1 quarter sized piece of chicken in 1 of the pies. Out of the other 3- 1 had carrots and peas only and the other 2 had just veggies. There was no chicken an any of the other 3 pies. The chicken nuggets were ok.

Don’t show up there 2 hours before they close they will send you away saying they are out of chicken. Once I can understand but when it happens multiple times you learn to expect getting chicken at 8 pm from this KFC is like trying to get ice cream from McDonald’s.

The food has always been good but the service is kind of random. One time it’s great and other times…… well, last time I just left because they were arguing with each other -in what was probably a teaching moment- but was a huge fail.

It’s always great to see a building being upgraded I think the upgrades should also be coming from within if you look at the reviews for this restaurant especially as of late it is steadily going downhill and unfortunately I don’t think you could blame those complaints on Staffing alone we can all be sympathetic to the lack of employees at times however this place has been going downhill 60-minute plus wait times for drive-thru service it appears in the reviews lots of wrong orders after you wait extended periods of time they do not seem to genuinely caring about service this is their chosen profession and some here clearly are in the wrong business you should not have a 60 minute wait at a drive-thru in addition how does this franchise location get away with shortening business hours? It was happening long before a covid staffing issue. The owner here needs to make some surprise visits I’m shocked corporate KFC does not get more complaints from this location there’s not a lot of competition in this town but you do have options and it appears more in the works.
