On8/12/23 @ 1:45pm we went in this location for food. After about 10 minutes my son decided he wanted something else. When leaving the location the manager had to make a smart remark as though she knew why we were leaving and I assured her that wasn’t the case. That is not the way to conduct business.

What. The. Hell. Is. This. Are you telling me that THIS is what we paid $30 for??? Are you actually serious??? The breading is falling off of all the chicken, the chicken is greasy, the biscuits were obviously undercooked and shoved into the chicken bucket haphazardly. I worked at a Taco Bell/KFC in Maryland, and i thought WE had problems. I can say with full certainty that in my 7 months of working there, i have NEVER seen such disgusting food be served out our windows. Also we weren’t able to choose our sides, which i suppose is fine considering it was mostly what we wanted, but the coleslaw spilled in the bag when it was handed out the window. Day crew is usually fine, but whoever y’all have working the night shift, please either retrain them or hire somebody new. This is ridiculous.

we love KFC taste great and we love Taco Bell to but they they got to do better at there job I got a Mexican pizza and some tacos,burritos,popcorn chicken and fries, chicken sandwich and fries and they put the Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and the pizza box was crushed and sticking to the lid and this is not the first time this makes the third time I got it like this I told them after the first time to not put the Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and put everything on top of the Mexican pizza box I told them to put it on top of the other stuff

Hardly ever gets order correct. Really like 7 out of ten times it’ll get messed up. Check every item before leaving or you’ll be back. Wrong side, missing items, wrong count, wrong toppings etc. Then they are rude and blame you.

It’s great if you want to be surprised each time you order. Really, you never know what you’re going to get. You’ll most likely get the complete opposite of what you ordered though. And everything will either be over cooked or undercooked. There’s no in-between. So I guess this location is great if you like to gamble. ♀️

Honestly, we hate KFC. But we needed food last night. We ordered a holiday bucket. The cashier at the window was the sweetest thing and for the first time in YEARS (our 1st time trying this KFC in Fitzgerald)… the biscuits were soft and fresh, chicken was amazing and everything else was fresh. Thankful for a really good dinner and kind staff. THIS KFC is rocking it all around. Good job guys!
