I visited the KFC in Kingsland, GA, yesterday, and it took me back to my childhood experience with the “Original KFC”! The customer service was amazing! From the entrance to the counter, I mattered; I was greeted immediately and waited on with the superior customer service that is missing in today’s society. The bathroom, which I always inspect before ordering, was as clean as the board of health! I HAD to speak with Janice, the manager, to commend her for being a great representation of the importance of customer service and for training her staff to exemplify the importance of bringing people back! I was so delighted that I wanted to let you know that this store on E. Boone Ave, Kingsland, GA deserves to be recognized as the leader of the Superior Customer Experience, TOP-NOTCH service all the way around.

Walked in and noticed half the staff was in the dining area talking with kids from Burger King. Ordered food but didn’t see that anyone was paying attention to what was ordered. Had to get my chicken sandwich made twice. Another customer there brought his side item back because he got the wrong one. While dining, some of the kids working there locked one of the doors so kids from Burger King couldn’t get it. It almost sounded like they were going to break the glass trying to get it. Didn’t see any adult employees the entire time we were there. Looking at other reviews seems like they aren’t getting what they ordered either.

Went through the drive through. Ordered the double down sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. The bag was given to me quickly once I paid. I was back on the highway when I noticed the chicken pieces were cold and to add to it, there was no utensil for the Mac and cheese. I called right away to just ask them to be more mindful of their food and service but I was hung up on almost 15 times. I finally got through and spoke with a manager who said their store phone is connected to the drive through head peace and they couldn’t tell if I was on a call or the order box in the drive through. KFC do better.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the 16pc family meal and paid 49 dollars and change. Upon arrival to our home we noticed that our large sides were actually small and looked like they only filled the bottom of the bowl. Didn’t get any gravy for the mashed potatoes. I’m literally typing this review before even eating because it’s frustrating to know 49 dollars worth of food was not given as expected.

Extremely rude drive thru worker, She was a manager as well. Asked for 12 piece tender family meal, got old, soggy bone in chicken instead. Asked for mashed potatoes and gravy, didn’t get gravy, just old dry mashed potatoes. Huge waste of $40 with poor customer service. The lady up front was nice though, when I had to go inside and get the sauces I asked for and wasn’t given. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

The night manager of Kingsland KFC closed the fryer a hour before store closed and refused to cook more chicken….People were.literally leaving KFC to go to McDonalds because it’s 8pm and store doesn’t close til 9pm…The night crew is young Hugh schoolers who are very disrespectful & ghetto…Don’t go there at night it’s HORRIBLE!!!
