I paid $45 for the 12 piece bucket with a bag of drink and 3 large sides I only got 2 large sides the mashed potatoes and gravy were missing also was missing biscuits was supposed to 6 and only got 4 this was what my husband wanted for Father’s Day thanks for ruining the day kfc and for not answering the phone the hundred times I called I live thirty minutes away

This KFC is horrible. They no longer put biscuits with an order of chicken unless you order the meal with sides. Don’t order fries! They are soggy and they only fills the boxes 3/4 full. They do not give you a receipt unless you ask for one. And lord help if you call and speak with a manager. You get attitude.

The food was fresh but we waited almost 20 minutes if not longer bc they had no grilled chicken ready or any original legs were ready. The clem was a little stale but everything else was great. They rung it up wrong and had a extra side in there but we made due. Everyone was friendly but the cook was only wearing 1 glove while fixing the food.
