Go through drive through…. No one in line… no customers in store. Try to order two pot pies… “hear only one is cooked you would have to wait 20 mins for the other.” Ask for Diet Pepsi… “Out.” Pay and get asked to pull forward to wait… ten minutes later food comes out. Urgh.

Inside was closed early…no worries…went thru drive thru…lady rushing us non stop thru order could tell was getting annoyed… who forgets the sauces to 4 orders of meals?? Puts no ketchup in the bag??? When we asked… and had to drive and park ahead and wait for someone to come out and bring the food order…. then no fries were with my order. Put the wrong side in 1 order and messed another order all up and their Coke and Sierra Mist tasted like it has no syrup only carbonated water

Chicken was dried out like it been sitting all day when I get there at 7:00 pm . Coleslaw was hot instead of cold the only good thing I ate was the mashed potatoes and gravy . Other than that the people working there in Swainsboro Georgia was nice to me

They were so rude me and my dad paid 34$ for 4 chicken wrap combo meals they tried to give us two and we said that was not are order the manager and the employee got upset because they had to go and get 2 more the last two combo meals had spit on them my dad called the restaurant back and they just laughed about it BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT DO NOT GO!!!!! when it comes to we’re you can’t even have a peaceful meal any more that’s bad!!!!!

Ordered food, waited for about 15 or 20 minutes. All customers that ordered food after me got their order right away. Went up asked where is my order. Lady said my bad didn’t put your order in. Asked for a refund manager said he would have my order in a few minutes. Said no thanks and left. He did give me a refund. Which will take up to a week to be put back on my card. This seems to be a regular thing for me these days at many different places.

Stopped there to eat after driving 6 hours, the girl behind the counter told me that the chicken was old and had NOT been charged out, it looked very burnt. I ask when some FRESH chicken will be available, , a girl from the back told us 20 to 30 minutes, she said I was welcome to what they had in the warmer. Wrong answer, found a Pop Eyes down the road it was fresh and very good

We tried one more time to get hot chicken. Well it tasted like it had been cooked first thing that morning and kept under a heat lamp all day! It was awful. We ordered through the app last time and same thing happened. We thought we would go in and order a to go box and it would be freshly cooked….it was not! Will not be going back to swainsboro, ga store and probably not any of them at this point!
