WHO TOLD YOU THAT!?
Okay, y’all I don’t eat KFC often at all, however the first time I came here it was for the mobile coupon special. $2.99 for a 2 piece meal. They sent another coupon B/O G/O free Chicken Sandwich. Okay, I pull up only 2 cars in the line but it was taking g forever just to place the order. I pull up to the window and I pay, the cashier then tells me to pull into a parking spot as you can see in the photos no one hardly here and I’m writing this review STILL WAITING FOR 2 CHICKEN SANDWICHES Ridiculous. The last time I came it was similar and they no longer sell Mt. Dew, but this nasty , watery Stary drink Only come if you want to wait loooooong time. My husband walked in and nobody was at the counter. Someone finally came up to the counter after about 5 minutes. Then he ordered a 2 piece and 4 piece and they said it would be right up. Then 12mins later a lady came & told him that it would be another 5mins because they didn’t have any dark meat ready. So, my husband was in there for that order for over 25mins today. 8/21/23

I ordered food at this location and food was cold the manger I believe her name was Shawn was very rude cut me off while I was speaking at drive thur and then when I came in about my cold food she refused to re make it until a elderly lady who was the cook said she would and when the rude girl shawn did she gave me half fries and then ignored me while I was standing at the counter. I ended up getting my full refund for the whole order from corporate. This is my last visit at this location. The reviews are true sadly. Worries about moving fast more than giving customer service.

Definitely one of the best locations in the area. Some are the others (Jonesboro and McDonough) are pitiful. Very clean. Chicken was tasty and cooked correctly. The staff is always friendly and tries to be helpful. These things really shine in the new world of ‘ I don’t care you’re standing there ‘ fast food. Thanks for making our evening nice!

Walked in to order, they yell from the back “drive-thru only.” No sign on the door stating that, as pictured. Go to order the Beyond Chicken combo, get interrupted with, “Only exact change or card.” I say that’s fine, and try to order again. They tell me they don’t carry the Beyond Chicken anymore…. It’s plastered all over the building, drive-thru menu, inside the building, social media…etc. Skip this place, y’all.
