Tasty but very inaccurate with order. I ordered 12pcs and they just gave me 6pcs. Also, ordered Mac and Cheese but gave mashed potato. Good thing that I checked before I left the store. However, staff kindly apologized. I also made my order with app and set up the pickup time. But waited more than 15min for my order. They didn’t even printed the ticket. So make sure you check your order before you leave.

Thomas Crossroads location. Wrong order in drive-thru (ordered 2 breasts NOT, and two thighs NOT). NEVER picked up phone so I could have it rectified (called 5x). The chicken was good. The customer service was o.k. They say that they give senior discount, but only on big purchase, and for 5 percent… really ? All KFC I have been to give the discount. She flat refused . I just wont go back to this location. OTHER restaurants in the area do, and are glad to get the business….this location was in Newnan Georgia.
