This is just ridiculous it’s 9:00 pm and I attempted to place an order mind you this establishment does not close until1:00am and I was told they are not cooking anymore chicken for tonight. This is very much so unacceptable for a restaurant when there is far more than enough time to prepare food to be sold. This is just ridiculous.

Thank you CRYSTAL and Ms BRANDY for the great customer service and knowledge about the food items. I didn’t give five stars because when I first walked in no one was at the front counter and after waiting a little while a young man came to the counter but never made eye contact and didn’t speak then began to walk back to the back. I asked if the store was open since no one was at the counter and he didn’t greet me etc. finally he advised he was new and I just asked for someone else. He was pleasant and smiled but I think a little more training in the greeting of customers is needed. The knowledge on products come with time. Ms BRANDY gave me my order and her presence and delivery was excellent she needs a raise! They also have an 94/A score and are hiring.

RIDICULOUS!! Big sign saying “chicken sandwich cooked fresh to order.” LIES!! I nearly broke my teeth biting in to the meat and bread. Drive thru worker (female) had a horribly dry attitude and they wonder why they only get fast food jobs. I’m a hiring manager and can quickly recommend them for a job. I should’ve driven across the bridge where it would have been “their pleasure” to serve me AND my food would have been edible aka CFA. I tried to call back to tell a manager of my experience and of course no one picked up. I see why the low score. Should’ve checked before I went. This was 6:32 PM on 3/15.

I went through the drive thru of this KFC on Saturday, March 25th, around 4:45 pm. I saw the reviews prior to ordering and my expectations were low but when I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, everything about the meal was delicious. The fries were hot, crispy and well salted, bussing if you will. The chicken sandwich was juicy, thick, and inviting. Everyone who worked there today to make that meal deserves a raise and I thought all of you should know that. I hope whoever reads this review shows the crew this because it was great! Seriously, the service was fast AND the food was good? That’s rare down here in Locust Grove. Thank you

I ordered a 12 pc with 3 sides, when I got home I realized I only got 2 sides. Very frustrating because I paid for 3 sides. The line was very long and slow when I was ordering through the drive through. I will not return.

I tried to do the survey but seeing as how it is no longer available…. first it took almost 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. I ordered 2 snack wraps, one spicy one regular, and a side of Mac and cheese. First my order was missing the Mac and cheese. No biggie, I hadn’t pulled off yet. But then when I get to the wraps one is wrong! It shouldn’t be that hard to get such a simple order correct. Smh….

Apparently our business was not wanted, so we left. Kind of pathetic that we were ignored until the manager stepped in, but stood by while the (expletive deleted) gave us a massive attitude. Sorry, not sorry. You need our money more than we need your mediocre food. Took our business to a competitor and will not be returning. Cannot understand why someone with such a bad attitude because they have to do the job they were hired to do would continue to be at that job, go work somewhere else if that’s how you feel about being at that job. But that manager needs retraining and better staff. You stood there while your employee chased out business? You are very bad at your job as well, you need to do better so your staff can be better as well. Only as good as their leader, and you are not a good leader.
