I waited 30 minutes for a famous bowl. The assistant Mgr artavious most definitely needs to be retrained about customer service. I will never go back to that particular kfc. They kept say that Amanda the real mgr wasn’t there. Horrible service. I walked out cause after complaining I didn’t want him touching my food. Insensitive jerk.

The food was hot and fresh after waiting 30 minutes for it. The manager had to come back to work and I had to listen to her vulgar language while talking to employees really rough. If my child worked there and told me they were abused in that manner. I would be up there and not just to talk. It was very unprofessional. Are you really that desperate for Management. No one cares how many hours you work or how you can’t go to the doctor or how many days you work. If you are unhappy find your happy place.

I rarely leave reviews. Things have to be really unexceptable to leave a bad review. I fully understand the lack of staff, food, and/supplies. I’ve lived in the area for over 28 years. But the lack of properly trained staff is probably the worst. You can post no refund signs as big as the store itself, but telling a person you don’t have what they ordered after you have charged them and then refuse to give refund is terribly wrong. To tell me you are a General Manager and can’t make a judgment call on a justified refund is unexceptable. I am with the guy who said posting No Refunds ,we’ll make it right, doesn’t make it right.

They’ve been slacking lately. Every time they’re either out of something or haven’t done something. One incident one of the employees first day at work and he couldn’t wait to get home. He’s in the bathroom blazing up while people are waiting bout 15 minutes to place order. I can’t make this up smh. Then go back again days later some guy and my sides are half full.

I ordered the $20.00 value box and 2 pieces of my chicken was kept in the grease to long for it was darker than the one leg piece and I waited 20 minutes when the employer said it will be less than 10 minutes. Haven’t been here in 10 months and I want go ever again. Sorry over cooked food.

I guess the best way to describe my experience is, I won’t be coming back to this location. All I wanted was some chicken made fresh, and manager on duty advised her staff member that was not going to happen. I simply have no words. This incident occurred on March 28 2023.

If I could give this place zero start I would. The customer service is trash here, the manager (short lady with short black wig) set the worst example for her crew by talking to customers with no respect and rushing them when they order. They claim to have been on a timer but I woke fast food also and that’s no reason to treat your customers how I was treated. Ugh.

Date of drive thru svc June 24, 2023…after placing order, told to pull up to a spot and they will bring order to car. Once brought to car, I mentioned that the 1/2 gallon tea was not given and was Interrogated about it and while waiting on the tea, I checked order and discovered that instead of Mac n cheese, they gave mash potatoes. Went inside this king I can get what I ordered, bit Mgr stated I can PURCHASE mac n cheese bc she rung up mash potatoes. Mgr also stated that knce an order crosses the window, she cannot exchange. WAIT..I Cannot check order until I have it and to have something incorrect and refuse to exchange immediately after receiving is plain wrong. A $40 order and horrible experience. Will never go there again

My wife and I visited for the 1st time. We ate in. The mgr she was rude about my wife and I getting some mayonnaise on the side. Then the other female wouldn’t let my wife go to the bathroom. So we had to rush to the nearest grocery store just so my wife could use the bathroom. THAT’S VERY SAD & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
