I ordered 2 chicken Quesadilla meals at the drive thru. The menu pricing was $7.99 each. I was charged $8.49 plus an extra $1.00 per meal. When I questioned it, the young lady at the window said it charges extra for chicken and she doesn’t make the prices. I asked to speak with a manager, who acted like I was wasting her time. I explained that the drive thru menu prices were differnet than what I was charged and she said it was because the menu was the price for a cheese quesadilla. I said, no it said chicken or steak meal for $7.99 and I was being charged $9.49. She was rude, said she couldn’t control the prices, and made a sarcastic statement for me not to worry that the food would be made correctly because she was making it. That made me wonder why she would say that; was she going to mess with our food. My response was, “ you may not be able to control the prices, but you can control your attitude and how you treat your customers.” She could’ve admitted that the menu is wrong and take off the extra charge. Both she and the younger girl told me I was arguing for no reason and to pull forward to wait for my meal. When the manager came to bring me the food, she said nothing. Just handed me the bag and walked away. I made the statement that she needed to change her attitude. As she was opening the door, she yelled back at me, “You need to change yours, and if you don’t like it, don’t come back.” The manager refused to give me her name. Corporate needs to take some lessons from Chic-fil-A by training the workers on good customer service and fix the issue with management and incorrect pricing at this location.

No stars if possible. Food was terrible. Out of Capri Sun for the kids meal so didn’t say anything or give me a drink at all until I asked. No honey mustard. Food had a taste that was terrible and stays with you. Everything was cold. Worst food I’ve had in a long time. Shouldn’t be open.

If I could leave all 0’s I would cause this place is terrible. Sold me some dry chicken that looked like it had been refried and thrown in bad grease then when I took it back, THE MANAGER gone tell me he can’t issue me a refund and proceeded to give me another EIGHT PIECE that was just as bad!! This place has gone down since the original owner passed and I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! I threw out BOTH EIGHT pieces that was I purchased for my child to eat. I will never visit this location and its sad.

Staff acts as if we were an imposition to what they were doing, and no one else was there! The food is good! Atmosphere is good! Service is lousy… “If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen.” There are plenty of other jobs… This place needs new management…

Forgot half of my order. Pulled to front to wait on it. Finally went in to get it and the trash had the whole place stinking. If I had went in before I ordered I would not have ordered. The owner needs to go spend time their. Don’t know how is still open. Really doesn’t deserve one star. I won’t go back.

This kfc is so bad. The fries were overcooked and look like they have been sitting in grease after words. Same for the chicken sandwich. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and they put a drizzle of spicy sauce. The coke is always flat too.

Slow, rude nasty service and food! Don’t even know the parts of chicken. Order 2 piece white. It was a thigh and wing, wanted to argue that it was a breast. Breast is white meat, that was dark meat I got. To top it off it was so old and hard wasn’t even eat able. Mashed potatoes had hardly no gravy from sitting, u can play baseball with the biscuit. Threw it in trash and called it a lesson learned from this location! Save ur time and money cuz the food matches the service! NASTY!

To start the lady employee was rude. You could tell she didn’t want to be at work today. Got a chicken sandwich and it was only half a chicken breast. It was also cold. My fries were cold. My coleslaw was dry. I love KFC but this one in Jackson has for to be the worst. I think y’all need to separate the KFC and Taco Bell in your store and just focus on one and y’all might can get something right.
