I ordered 3 meals through the KFC app, which was delivered through Door Dash. I was only sent 2 of my meals, so I called the restaurant. The manager was AMAZING! She apologized and I could tell she really did care. She personally made sure my missing food was delivered to me. Outstanding service!

Ordered 2 $20 fill up boxes at the drive thru. The order process was easy/fast awesome drive thru customer service. Was asked to pull to the front door, the person that brought my food out wasn’t friendly at all! I was cordial, and even said thank you and she said nothing only frowned the whole time. The two boxes of food were not properly closed, it’s not hard to put food in a pizza like container and close it. The two I ordered were so poorly put together I had to hold them together on the drive home (20 mins). Since I had to pull around to wait for my food, I’m thinking hot and fresh…yeah right! Cold and nasty. Paid $45 (w. lg sweet tea) only for no one to eat the food. The biscuits, you could have used for hockey pucks. The amount of salt on the original chicken $20 fill up was unbearable. And the crispy chicken wasn’t much better and it had a funny taste. I normally don’t have issues at this location, everybody has an off day. I just regret spending $45 and my family had to spend more somewhere else for dinner.

The usual KFC experience. The manager was pretty organized and deligated employees in order to fill orders faster. The GA gold tender meal was fresh, hot and good. The NEW Cinnabon Biscuit is pretty tasty. The restaurant score was a little disappointing @ 87 B. Hopefully that can be improved on next inspection.

Why is KFC giving beyond meat a very bad reputation. Not for sure what type of vegan food that it was made of. Almost $10.00 for this and a medium drink. One piece not shown. Also was a 10 minute wait and no one was in front of me.

Food was freshly cooked, and tasted great. Small wait, but I had a large order. I don’t normally eat fried chicken out, but this is the only place that I will order fried chicken because it is cleaned very well before cooking (no slime under the skin). Staff showed very good teamwork and mannerism. As long as the chicken continues to be clean, I will be back!
