I am giving it a one star only because the employee who brought our food was fast and sweet! However, the chicken was horrendous. My whole family wanted to throw up just looking at it. We ordered extra crispy. What they gave us was definitely not extra crispy. I would even go as far as them giving us undercooked chicken. This is the worst KFC location I have visited. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were hard. It was very disappointing!

Online stated closes at 11pm. We walk in the door and they let us know the lobby is closed go to the drive thru…we go to the drive thru to order. Then we are told they don’t serve KFC after 9pm. Could have told us that as we were standing in the lobby ready to order.

Was first in lobby to order, took over 20 mins to get 3 tacos supremes, they gave me plain tacos, the older lady was nice and gave me the right stuff very fast plus some extra food Manager/owner in lobby arguing with a worker over drama with a co worker, need to take it outside or in an office…

Drive through had a slight wait, she took my ordered and verified it was correct. Upon getting to the the window I was once again greeted by a nice young man who apologized for the wait,( it wasn’t really that long at all) Had my drinks ready and asked about sauces then made sure they had marked -S for the two with out sour cream gave me my food and once again apologized. =) Food was RIGHT!! EVERYTHING WAS!! That was a first for this Tacobell at supper time!
