The cashier was awesome. Very nice and respectful. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Atmosphere was quiet and clean. Only problem we had was with drink machine it was out of root beer. Outside area around this KFC needs upgrading.

Seriously has to be one of the worse KFC around. Told it would be 4 minutes for chicken to pull around they will bring out. No problem. 20 minutes later i have to go in and get my food. Every time we order online, when we got to pick up the order the workers say the order is placed for hours later than what we actually schedule for. Today we placed an order for pick up at 12:00 and they said it was placed for 3:00. This is the 3rd time this has happened. We won’t be ordering online anymore.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Everything thing I ordered they didn’t have it. Plus I finally asked for a family meal. She said only thing they have is breast and wings. Really you sell chicken. I go here often. The food is usually good. This past time I went I arrived at 9:30 pm. I’m usually not the type of person to go right before closing but sometimes life happens. Google says it closes at 10 and they were closed by 9:30. I live like 20 minutes away so it was a big inconvenience. I still go because the chicken is good.
