SUPER RUDE!!! The lady tonight tried to rush me through my order. When I spoke up so she could hear me better because I am losing my voice she says “You don’t have to yell.” I get my order and had to return because I was missing a Large side. I tell the staff who were outside and the same lady rolls her eyes and walks in. I drive around to drive thru window where a different lady hands me a regular side and when I told her I’m sorry it was supposed to be a Large the first lady rolls her eyes at me again a walks away. Roll your eyes all you want but wrong is wrong.

This has to be the worst place. Orders never right… chicken is horrible, thank goodness we have a Jacks and Popeyes now open. Photo included is supposed to be original… i have no idea what it is… one bite was horrible. I think you should support your locals but this place will never get another dime from me.

Big disappointment! Rude service and given the wrong food. This is why businesses eventually shut down in small areas. Bad attitudes and bad food results in poor sales. And you don’t even have the lobby open so you should be able to provide quality drive thru service. I will add that one employee actually apologized for the rude behavior of another employee.

This is the absolute worst KFC I have ever visited!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Every single time over the last three years that I have decided to go to this KFC, they have been “understaffed“. Today I spent 10 minutes in the drive-through with only two cars in front of me before I could place my order. When I got up to place my order the person on the inside said that I would have to wait because they only had two people working on the inside. If I were the owner I would fire every single one of them and hire a new staff that would make customer service the highest priority!
