I do my best to be courteous when I order food, please and thank you. The person that took my order was extremely nice. I got up to the window, and the person taking money and handing the food out with extremely rude. This is not the first time I dealt with a rude employee. She gave me attitude because they put the wrong drink order in. I order the same thing every time I go.

I wish they shut this location down!! You give these restaurants your money, and they serve you OLD HARD tenders. These tenders are so old it’s turning a different color!! I can actually hit these up against the wall! PLEASE stay far away from this KFC it will make you SICK!!

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through – waited another 5 minutes at the window after paying. Then found missing items in my order. We called several times with no answer. Drove back over and waited in line another 15 minutes (Because the lobby is not open to customers) then drove off chalking this up as a loss, and vowed to never return to this KFC / Taco Bell. Worst experience ever!!!

I ordered from Taco Bell, received the wrong order twice. I will not return. I ordered the Taco Party Pack (6 hard ( Doritos flavor ) and 6 soft. All supreme no tomatoes because my boyfriend is allergic to tomatoes but that’s not what we received. We received 1st all regular tacos. Second time we received 4 hard( Doritos flavor) and the rest were Bean burritos with tomatoes. So, disappointing.

At 610 they had NO chicken ready. Door Dash had to wait 20 more minutes. Skin an coating was sliding off chicken. Wrong combo of white/ dark. No biscuits. It was generally inedible. Phone was off the hook for hours. You took our money and left us with no food!

Used them for catering. Placed the order well in advance. They forgot our $19 order of mashed potatoes for our baby shower and then didn’t answer the phone causing a food shortage for our guests. Would not recommend them at all.

Ordered online through the app for pick-up; however the dining room was closed (LOCKED) with a sign on the door to go through the drive thru. It took 45 minutes to go through the drive through for an order that had been sitting up front the ENTIRE TIME. By the time we got our food it was COLD. I have never waited for “Fast” food this lomg in my entire life. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND DONT USE THE APP.

Last night I had a horrible experience with this 92 Acworth location. I drove up to drive thru around 9:30 pm. I ordered a fry and chicken tenders. I didn’t want the combo so the cashier said I can get 3 piece or 8 piece tender. I ordered the 3 piece. When I got to the window I ask how much is the 8 piece? The cashier said “ we only have 3 pieces left.” The total was 11.00 and change. Before we pulled off I checked the order and was very disappointed. They had no tenders in box, they cut up a breast into three sections. There is a difference between tenders and what they had in box. I told cashier that I didn’t receive tenders. She said we’re out of tenders. I ask for refund, I’m not paying 11.00 for cut up chicken breast. The cashier said “manager is busy and for me to come into dining area to wait. I was very upset. My son is autistic and the food was for him. If you know anything about Autism, they are very picky eaters due to texture. I drive off and just dumped the food. My child wouldn’t eat it. It didn’t even smell right. I can’t believe you even charged me $11.00. Hope you enjoy my $11.00 cause it’s the last penny you get from me. BE WARE don’t go to this location.
