This is THE worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I asked to speak with the manager who WOULD NOT even come to the counter to address my concerns. I asked for more potatoes in my container because it wasn’t full. She never came to the counter to speak with me. I asked for hot sauce and honey. It took 5 minutes to get someone to bring it to the counter. Furthermore, I continued to wait for the manager because I wanted to verify the pieces of chicken I had received. She never came to the counter even after waiting an additional 5minutes. When I asked for the managers name the girl closest to the counter told me it’s on the front door. I had to go take a photo of her name. I went back in and began video taping the poor service because the manager still refused to come speak with me. They also had not given me my 6 biscuits. I had to wait for those as well. I ordered a 12 piece meal. I left because there was nothing I could do without a managers assistance. When I got home, we had mainly dark meat…only 2 small wings were white meat. Also the Coleslaw was watery and packed at the bottom of the chicken and hot potatoes. I’m not sure what to do when the manager won’t assist the customer. This was the WORST service I’ve ever received from any fast food service provider in life! I will never be back. There was absolutely NO customer service whatsoever!!! I guess the only thing I can do is dispute my charges since I didn’t get what I requested AND the manager refused to assist.

Lol they definitely gave me two different types of chicken and they both were nasty. The skin on the chicken was mushy. The Mac was dry. I haven’t had KFC in awhile but this is definitely not how I remember it. The guy in the drive through was extremely nice which was the only plus, other than that this food was a waste of money. I wish I read the reviews before I went.

Place was clean but slow. I went inside to get the free Braves taco and ordered a couple more tacos. Got the free taco fast, but had to wait for the others. Turns out it was sitting there all along but no one noticed. Had to ask for sauce. Everyone wore a mask and shop was clean. Was impressed with a young man asking for someone with gloves to operate the cashier after handing me a taco. Were good. Felt bad for the employees since they have KFC and Taco bell to handle.

I ordered the #2 3 tacos and drink. While the cashier was ringing me up the lady in front of me did not get all her food. Cashier should of finished ringing me up and then deal with her. I did not get my cup and when I said something she said I only for 3 tacos. If the combo is 7.19 and I paid 7.77 what are you talking about. I’m upset because when I was sitting down to eat I could hear her saying multiple times I was trying to get a free drink. I work and my husband of 22 years died last year so I don’t need to hustle a free drink. Bad service. People only go for the convience. Customer service is key.

The chicken taste like old oil every time it’s never fresh the windows at driver through aways dirty. One employee had the nerve to give me my food with dirty nails and food on her hands. I took the food and just trashed. They need to do better or just close down. Forgot the mash potatoes was not fresh 12pm smh.

Worst kfc in the area, this kfc needs a whole new staff! They don’t listen, orders are almost never right. I would protest for the kfc to be shutdown that’s how horrible the service is ! I’ve given this location multiple chances. Never had any worker here give me attitude but it’s obvious this location lacks leadership. It’s called fast food no reason food shouldn’t be ready in a timely manner.

My order was incorrect. The male worker in the drive thru said I’m tired of these customers. Extremely rude staff. Food looked terrible. I asked for a refund. They said No refunds. Staff is so unprofessional.

This location is so bad. Slow and they get your order wrong. I ordered a chicken sandwich, got home lifted the top bun and saw 3 chicken nuggets. Really? That’s not what I paid for. So bootleg. Other restaurants deserve your money more.
