KFC @3480 Ernest Barrett Pkwy Sw Marietta Ga 30064 has the rudest management team adding to the fact that basic math is a part of everyday life. The food was cold and I was charged a donation I didn’t know about or agreed to. I never left the facility and went back for a refund and to let them know I didn’t get my change back. I was met with blatant rudeness and disrespect. Instead of the on site hourly manager handling the situation the way I’m more than sure KFC trains management she was ruder the initial order taker. This could have easily been resolved when you looked at the receipt I had to ask for that wasn’t given with the purchase at first. She looked through all the receipts place on the side of the register to find mine. Check the cameras. Very disappointed with KFC never thought purchasing food would amount to this. Retraining is a must along with basic money counting principles skills. There was only 2 people in the facility during lunchtime and possibly both were having a bad day. It happens but guess what when your being paid penny’s on the dollar you too have leave that attitude outside the establishment. NOONE should know your having a bad day when servicing the public. The whole experience was disheartening to say the least. When you know better you do better!!!!

I ordered chicken with my son late at night. I drove for as long as 35 minutes. When I came home, I was disappointed that it was all burnt and the seasoning was lumped together. It’s darker than the picture.

I got three wings and a biscuit, when I opened the box it smelled like old grease not like some good chicken that I couldn’t wait to eat. The chicken was dried up, cooked too long. The fries were like they cooked them in the same grease. The biscuit was hard and seemed to be cooked too long. I haven’t been to KFC I. A long time and it will be a long time before going back. It was horrible. A waste of $10

KFC is KFC but this one stands out. They are good in everything they do, except they are short in staff and at times it during rush hour the waiting is a bit more. The front staff is fantastic and friendly. Their hospitality is worth the wait.

My elderly parents wanted KFC today so I ordered through the drive thru the 8 piece meal. They called me to tell me that the chicken was burnt and wings had cooked feathers on them. I told them to toss the entire meal. I would like to contact the owner of this location. No need to speak with a manager. Customer service was not good.

I found a chicken bone in my pot pie about an inch and a half long. There was another bone about thumbnail size. The pie was delicious but I was forced to stop eating it. Due to time, I was unable to wait to talk to management.

UNPROFESSIONAL . The girl at the drive thru was cursing out a customer calling her the b word and trying to throw a drink on her because customer was complaining about her having a toodler at work in the cooking area. Other crew members were also cursing at her. also, when I got home to eat my chicken it was so hard I couldn’t even bite it, my daughter tried to bite a chicken sandwich and it was so hard will never come to this ratchet location again. Currently waiting on a return call from corporate management.

If I could give negative stars I would. Light my phone up with 8 pcs special. Wife shows up and they say no such thing. She spend. $25 and come home with dog food. Never ever ever again. Worst kfc ever. Drive a few more miles believe me, it’s worth it.
