WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I will not be returning! There’s a heavy white female with a box shape taking drive-through orders @9pm 8/17/23. She has the worst attitude I’ve experienced in a while. She may have thought that she was giving me a donation due to her treatment from the start. Businesses have to understand that without ‘consumers’, YOU’RE NOTHING! I WANTED crispy chicken. She stated that it would be 45 mins wait ✋️ does it really take that long? OK, so I settled for ‘original’. Went around to the window. I asked about the sauces that were put in my $20 big box. Attitude again…she’s looking up in the ceiling telling me what sauces she put in MY box. Was she paying or me?? I changed a sauce. She made an announcement that I wanted to change my sauce. I let that go. I then asked for jelly, butter, and ketchup. She was handing me everything in my hand. I asked if I would be getting a bag… not knowing that I was only getting a box… no napkins when it’s all finger foods in the box…ughh These people need to get their act together! So she gave me a handful of ketchup. I went to separate one…yes separate. They were stuck together… maybe one burst. I gave it back. She stated that all were like that. What was I supposed to do with this information from this terrible cashier? I asked if that was all that they had in the establishment? She went somewhere else and got some. She should have done this from the start! I’m the consumer, spending my hard earned money. Unacceptable! Something was said, and she slammed the window closed so hard that I’m surprised that it did not break. She did this more than once after opening it back up to curse at me for not moving up as fast as she wanted. She needs to be FIRED! She is in the wrong line of work…shouldn’t be working with the public. I was so upset that I couldn’t even eat me food when I got home!!!!!

First off there is very low staff and they closed for pick up SMH. I had to go through drive through for pick up. Then the chicken tastes bitter. I have that bitter after taste that hasnt gone until for 2 hrs. So gross . They are reusing the same oil again and again causing this. This store need to check for any health code violations.

Make sure not to ask them any questions about why the pricing on the menu is different than your receipt . The attitudes are uncalled for when asking a legitimate question. Then, the lie that a sign blew away is insulting. I wish the Windward KFC was still around.

I abandoned KFC a long time ago when i felt the quality of their food and service had tanked. I hadn’t stepped foot inside one for more than ten years! In the past month, I’ve been to this particular KFC TWICE…and it’s been AWESOME! Not just good, but AWESOME! I think it’s time to reconsider KFC….start looking at them again through a fresh set of “lenses”. I noticed that they’ve actually had a “face-lift” – inside and out! They’re clean, food has been fresh and hot, customer service has been on point! Yes…it’s definitely time to give them another chance. After all, they’re one of the few that’s been a part of the family for generations! I’d like to keep them around so that my children’s children can share this legacy…as long as they keep up the good work!

Ordered 12pc family meal and a chicken pot pie. Food was hot and tasty. Had to wait for the chicken as they were cooking up a batch when we ordered at the drive thru. Our order was correct when delivered to our car after a short 5 minute wait. Friendly staff. I recommend the chicken pot pie.
