Slow service despite I was the only one at the store. No biscuits and had to wait 5 minutes.

Horrible service, from the time I drove up to the drive threw until I went in and got my food. There were about 4 other people trying to order food as well and they were not happy either. The staff was not friendly or helpful, the staff acted like they didn’t want you to order anything, and it was a burden on them because you did. The weight was over 45 minutes and the chicken was cooked already, only one person in front of me. The staff would just stand and talk to each other and play on their phones, like they were hoping everyone would just give up and leave, which 2 people did.

Haven’t had KFC in years and was a little worried about ordering from this location going by previous reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my food. Even gave me an extra sauce. Would order from there again.

This KFC has really gone downhill. They’re slow and the food doesn’t seem like they care about it at all. I purchased a spicy bowl and it was so much grease inside that it didn’t look edible at all. You would think that maybe… just maybe the employee that made it would have attempted to drain it before pouring it into the bowl. I guess that would be too much like right.

I went in to order my food, everyone was was just standing around. After a few minutes, aa black female who I think was the manager announced, we have chicken ready yet and told the same thing to the drive thur. It took another 10mins to pull the staff together. The manager started taking orders until everyone’s order was taking. It took 30 minutes for me to place and get my order.
