I have been here several times and each time they don’t have extra crispy chicken ready. You would think they would have plenty on hand in the afternoon. I will say the lady who helped me was very nice. People should be told if crispy is not available when ordering. The best Kentucky I have visited is in Barnwell SC the store is always spotless excellent service and always have what you order.

Had to pull around and wait for my food which is fine. But tell me why about 15 mins into waiting we see one of the KFC workers walk over from Taco Bell with a big order. 4 drinks and huge bag. Lmao WHAT?!? So many people are waiting around front for their food because they’re down a cook in the kitchen. Sending them off to get taco bell for everyone. And I was missing half my order!? Lol

What can you say, every now and then, you get the taste for some good old Kentucky Fried Chicken. They didn’t disappoint. Tasty, hot, and the service was good and quick. Waited longer at some other burger king joint.

If you order extra crispy then you expect extra crispy, especially with having an hour and a half before closing. If you’re going to be given original instead of extra crispy then you should say something. I hate KFC original so I order extra crispy, so if a substitution is going to be made then it should be told to the customer before completing the transaction. Not left up to the customers to discover once they’ve arrived home. Had I have known that original was the only option then I would have taken my business to Publix because their chicken compared to KFC original is much better and cheaper. Disappointed with my service and the product as usual

Been here a few times. Each time, the doors were locked. Middle of the day, and 9pm. No idea why lol. All the employees were just hanging out around the place. They were refusing to open the doors until I showed them on my phone that I had a mobile order. Of course, both times they got the order wrong. Tried to call, phone line busy. Only order from here if you want to have a nice hearty laugh over how hilariously bad the employees are. Reality show material. This place gonna be a Wendy’s in 6 months, tops.

Becareful with this store. Normally I like KFC but with the Covid mess going on it looks like everyone is hurting for help. The order I got was a big mess. Not good. I did get a pair of tongs with the meal. In the box. Manager was to busy to talk. Check your order before you drive off. You will be glad you did.
