My husband got the chicken breast and leg combo he had to pay $1.00 and some change up charge. Half the crust was gone off the breast . They wouldn’t fox it or give him another one.. The veggie pizza was

This location is very short staffed most of the time. The staff they do have is for the most part (in my experience) friendly. This is not a place you want to visit if you’re in a hurry: as it is most definitely not a fast-food experience. My daughter of course loves this place, so we continue to go, and the wait if normally anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes no matter what you order. I don’t have many experiences where the order has been wrong, or something left out.

This is a Taco Bell and KFC combo restaurant. The food was fine once we got it. It seems they are short staffed perhaps(?) We and about 15 other people were waiting for food about 20 minutes. Other customers were complaining and huffing and puffing. The girl at the register kept her cool, stayed friendly and upbeat despite the delay on chicken. I ordered the Crunch Supreme, it was so thin and looked nothing like the picture. I regretted not getting the additional taco, because I thought the Crunch Supreme was going to definitely be enough.

This has to be the sorriest of all KFC’s The staff here Has attitudes that say they do not want to work and they surely act like they do not want to work either. Usually the order is wrong or half of it is prepared and not the other half because They did not look at it correctly ,And then they want to act like they don’t know corporate phone numbers. I can’t believe the law is not called to this place regularly because people do not like being treated like this!!

We came in to eat today at this location, and we’re met by rayshunn. He came to the counter high first of all, and he can only use one hand bc the other has to stay on his pants to hold them up. We ordered our food and told him what we wanted THREE different times bc he can’t function. He then tells us we can only use a card unless we have exact change. We waited and waited for our food. While waiting another couple came in and he con inced them to use cash to pay. He then looked around and put the money in his pocket went into the office and payed for their food with a gift card. We got our food…which is wrong…I took it back up and he had the audacity to tell me that’s not what I said when I ordered. I made him fix it and all the while he was talking smack saying we lying that’s not what we ordered. Mind you we had to repeat the order three times at the beginning and he still messed it up. Another group comes in and pays in cash and he puts that money in the register. While we were there he messed up every single order that was placed. Why do yall hire people like this, and why is he pocketing money and calling customers liars. Yall have to do better at this location. We will not be going back again also bc last time I tried this location a customer pulled a gun on everyone in the store bc of the emplyees.

This KFC in Pelzer SC is horrible! They have horrible, rude, and disrespectful staff and manager that I have ever experienced. They got our order wrong and it was only one item. When we went in the have it corrected and to speak to the manager, we were lied to and was told that the manager was not there. The sorry manager finally spoke uo then and was very rude and disrespectful herself and started yelling at my husband. I will never ever go back there and I’ll spread the word for no one to go to the KFC in Pelzer SC!!! Please don’t go there!

This is the worst KFC ever ,the food is dry and over cooked and we had to wait for 25 minutes to get so called fresh cooked chicken plus they gave me the wrong order, and only half the order was in my bag. Plus the kids working don’t know what is on menu for the price. Also a customer started a fight with me for trying to make my order correct. On other occasions the restaurant has left parts of the order out claiming that they only give you one gravy for two mashed potato. This restaurant is always nasty inside in the cooking area. I’m giving one star only because it doesn’t take 0 for comets

Drive through is the Worst service ever they pull you up for 10 mins only to give you the wrong food!! The inside isn’t any better!! Almost every time I come it’s at 15 min wait!! Ridiculous!! Guess I go to the @Bojangles on main st!! Ps: I had to leave a star in order to leave a comment it’s not by choice

Me and my husband went to KFC in Pelzer south carolina and ordered 12 12 piece chicken meal and the biscuits were smashed into the chicken and the mac and cheese look like it was been there for 2 days and it was I ordered a large sides and only got two spoons for the manager KD was rude he did not want to give me my money back and the drive-thru girl found my receipt and then I got my money back and the crew members kept saying they were sorry but the manager did not say nothing and the chicken fryer just looked at me like he wanted to kill me I got my money back and went to Bojangles and only spent $2 more and had the best meal ever KFC just lost my business
