Parking lot was empty at 8 pm. Wanted just 8 pieces of chicken. They told me that it was going to be a 25 minute wait. Guess I caught them by surprise. I get it though. Service is so poor that no one comes… .To save money they have to cook on demand. That requires a long wait that no one likes therefore… no one comes.

This place needs to close down. A week ago, I tried to order a 3 piece meal. Was told they didn’t have any, just 2 piece, so I said okay; then asked for green beans for a side and was told they didn’t have any. So, I told them I’d go somewhere else. Today when I went, man coming out said to his wife,” I never heard of anyone not having iced tea. Tried to order pot pie, but of course they didn’t have that either. Corporate needs to know about this!!!

Again being asked to pull into a parking spot and wait since this location of KFC never seems to have any chicken to actually serve. Was told only crispy available, so that’s what I ordered but still had to pull in to wait a long time. Obviously, nothing was available. Don’t mislead. I have enjoyed coming to this location for years , but in the last few months, everything has gone downhill to where I’ll have to second guess the choice of coming here.

The manager shuntail and assistant manager with blond dreads and blue tips both wouldn’t know customer service if they gave it away free!!! I was given attitude right away. If you don’t like your job, then do something else.. you don’t take your complacency out on paying customers! KFC I can’t believe you let these two bullies run your establishment!!!! Do better!!

The food was good, KFC usually does a good job with their food. The service was poor, we placed our order and then they told us there would be a forty minute wait for chicken to be cooked. KFC was out of chicken and they hadn’t started cooking anymore yet. About 50 minutes after we placed our order, it was ready. Prices are steadily increasing from the last time we ate at KFC

7/16/23 – I’m not sure what’s happening at this place, but we went in for lunch after church today and there was a long line of people at the buffet, waiting for food, as the buffet was mostly empty. There was a long line of people that had ordered and were just sitting around waiting on their food, so there wasn’t really a sitting option if you had your food. The cashier was calling for change to give a gentleman his change back and the manager stated she didn’t have hardly any change, the line at the mobile order station and the main cash register was ridiculous and we decided, after almost 10 mins, to go somewhere else. As we left, we noticed that the drive thru line hadn’t moved either. KFC, you’d better help this location or it’s going to drown.

Came through the drive -thru and ordered 2 famous bowls with the chicken on the side , like I have numerous other times , young dude with dreads said he couldn’t do that as they come that way , I told him I do it every week , he then said it’s just 5 pieces of chicken , I explained I don’t eat the chicken and he said he would put the chicken on the side. I get the bowls and the chicken is in the bowls. I also work in fast food , you do what the paying customer asks of you. . You have to put the chicken in the bowls , so what was the big issue with leaving them out ???

Went in for the buffet, and it seems that there was only one person working the whole store? Drive thru and dine in… She was not happy either(don’t blame her either). Kids and I made the best of it.
