Ordered 5 pieces of chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich with combo meal. When we got to our hotel and open the chicken nuggets box, it was very disappointing, they were cold and was not even 5, as you can see in the picture.

So we purchased a filler box on 28th. We let Corporate know it was horrible. Nuggets where fine. French fries where cold. Biscuit hard as a rock. Chicken had so much oil. Oil was pouring off of it. SLIMMY AND GROSS. We only ate the nuggets. To top it off. Our sodas where selzerwater. Yikes. Corporate said they would send a card for 25.00 but we don’t live in a home. Our home is on wheels. We travel out of state. Why can’t you all just remake our order. Very please.

Placed a to go order. The food was good, but they did not have my sauces in the bag that was part of my order, I had to ask for it which is why I gave 4 stars.

Was there this past Sunday. Walked in and no employee to be seen. After waiting 5 minutes, an employee finally came up to the counter.. he was wearing a stripped shirt. I assume he was a manager named Shakeem???? He never said one word to me my entire transaction. He was texting on his phone while taking my order and then he was talking on his cell phone while take my order. There were 3 of us in line and we were all saying to one another that we were trying to keep our composure. Then we all got our orders and they were all wrong. Then more people came in and he was no where to be found. Check the cameras. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life!!!!

What is going on with KFC. Went to this one today. Everything from chicken down was so greasy and not fresh. We avoided KFC for years. They had seemed to be a big improvement so we had been going there for past year.

Stopped to order dinner for takeout and didn’t take long. Staff attentive and helpful. Prices reasonable and food was hot and delicious when we got home. Will order again.

The young man at the drive thru was SUPER rude and short when taking my order. This is not my first run in with terrible service at this KFC either. The chicken is not fresh to order, and if you ask for it to be made fresh, I’ve waited over 30 minutes. It’s ridiculous. They need to hire people with better customer service skills and actual cooks who care about the quality of the food they’re serving.
