Warning – Avoid this location!! Dining room is permnently closed. Food is served cold via drive thru only by incredibly rude employees Only option is drive thru for ALL orders. There are at least 5 employees in the store but no customers are allowed in the store. Interesting way to massively reduce sales for your business. Dining room is open for employees only apparently (see photos). No customers allowed in the store NOT EVEN FOR MOBILE ORDERS. Have reported this location to DHEC and reviewed with BBB. Awful place that shouldn’t even be in business.

I came here on April 25th around 5:30 PM. I decided to go inside after seeing the drive-thru line was long. Once I entered, I saw a lady sitting inside the dining area, so I thought the dining room was open. Before I reached the counter, I was screamed to go to the drive-thru, and the lady sitting in the dinning room yelling as well. I said ok, I want to look at the menu and everyone yelled back go to the drive thru. I have never experienced a worst customer service in my life. I decided to go to another KFC and the customer service was not better but not as worst as this one. What’s wrong KFC? Do you have customer service training? Or are you just paying enough that your employees are not happy and friendly? Who are you hiring?

Frankly I am tired of writing these reviews. COVID is no longer a valid excuse for having a loby and telling customers to use the drive through. If you can’t open your lobby don’t open your business. Each of us that own a business are having to make sacrifices to continue to operate but this has gone on long enough.

Went to place an order . As soon as I tried to come in , they told me no you can not come in . You must only place the order online. Not in a polite manner. I proceed to place the order online. When I go to ask an EMPLOYEE who is sitting outside smoking he nicely said yes you can get your order via the drive through. Which was my question. As I am asking this. A lady pushes the door from the inside so hard that it almost hit me by an inch. If the door would have hit me , I’m sure I would be quite hurt since she opened it with such force. After she saw she almost hit me with the door , proceeds to laugh and say sorry. There I go to the drive through already very upset about the whole situation, give them my name for the order that was placed via uber. She said she had to confirm this through my app I show her the order, she said not that. I need the name from the app so I show her and she does not want to agree this is the same order. So I tell her what I order and she finally said ok yes that’s it. But had giving me the hardest time to just get my order.

My girl ordered this for me and there’s no way I pulled a hair this long out of my chicken. I’m literally chewing and it feel like a dam string coming out of my mouth. I just wanted something to eat without choking on somebody weave. Please do better I don’t appreciate this and it’s not right!

The cashier was friendly. It took to long to get our order. The food was good. This restaurant is badly in need of remodeling. The employee had to manually refill the soda machine with ice. Stepping onto a ladder to refill the ice machine, is dangerous and unacceptable. I know KFC has enough money to invest in this store.
