Just ordered a $20 box. Everything was overcooked, soggy, & cold. Was not even fit to eat. If i weren’t going to give it to my dogs i would have definitely taken it back. My fault for not checking b4 i left the drive thru. This is why i rarely eat out. It’s rare to actually get what u pay for. Why would you even serve it to a customer?

Absolutely terrible service. Employees in the distance making loud remarks about whatever. Nothing wrong with having a good time and being social with co-workers, but this is a professional business, with overpriced food. It isn’t like a local fast food place with cheap items, which happen to actually get their food correct majority of the time. This place is over-priced, and for that, you’d expect hot, and correct orders. Two meals of small packages seems hard to screw up. This wasn’t a complicated meal. Two chicken nugget meals with two sides of mashed potatoes, and two drinks. Not much to it. Leaving out the MAIN dish to a meal is unacceptable. Not a side, which should never be left out either, but the main dish that’s of the meal. Do not work at a place where you’re not able to keep up.

Y’all know this KFC is disgusting. It’s been shut down and reopened more than once. They never fix the issues. Just don’t go. Y’all don’t want to eat this cold, contaminated, dry and dirty food. Leave it alone. Just go on down the road to Zaxby’s or Popeye’s.

One of the worst dining experience ever. Was told no crispy chicken. 25 minutes to make more, accepted original. They packed my order then proceeded to send it out the door to drive through. So waited 30+ to get food. Manager and employees going outside to smoke, then returning with same gloves on. Started making next orders then about 3 of us started fussing about dirty hands/gloves. My family will NEVER visit this KFC again, and most likely any others. It seems like this food chain has went down hill very quickly, and it used to be one of our favorite fast food places to eat. Spent over$50 and was a complete waste of time and money.

Food is what you can expect. Service was great even after she forgot to give a cup for my wife’s drink. Atmosphere was terrible, no other patrons there and seats were dirty as well as the tables. All in all if you want KFC this location will do.

This location can’t even get a 3pc Dark with the two sides. Just yesterday they made the whole order wrong so we spoke to someone name Gracy and explained the situation and she had us come to get the order that she promised only to not receive our order and was outta $2400 and some change. I’ll never go back to this place EVER AGAIN BUT I WILL BE THERE TO CONFRONT THIS GRACY LADY ASAP! IM NOT FROM HERE AND I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS SO IM ON THE PHONE WITH THE HOME OFFICE NOW!!!!

Dont come here often the one time I did they messed the order all up. Wanted a famous bowl, got a chicken sandwich. Wanted a 3 pc box which I got but neither side and the side i did get was coleslaw which i didn’t even order nor like their coleslaw. I checked the bag seen the box for me and noticed the gave the chicken sandwich which my bf was fine with. So we went home we live kinda far, opened my box and obviously was wrong called to get refund said id need to bring food back with receipt. Funny bc they didnt even give me the receipt, ill just be disputing it with my card. Terrible service , terrible place.

Went by around 3:00 in the afternoon, place was pretty quiet. Very friendly folks there were sanitizing the dining room which I thought was a good thing. The food was served pretty quickly. All in all, I was pleased with everything, nothing bad to note here. Hope this helps. Dining room is nice, maybe a little updating but pretty nice and clean.
