I pre-ordered an 8-piece chicken + 8 tenders fill up on the app. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. The employees were pleasant and the manager was doing a great job coaching and assisting her staff. The service was slow even though the food was pre-ordered. My order took around 30 minutes to prepare and the restaurant was out of biscuits. The biscuits were substituted with hush puppies. Overall, I would order from this restaurant again.

I hate leaving a bad review but I’ll keep this one short because there isn’t much to say. I used to come here a lot but not really happy with my last two visits to this location. Both were pretty much the same. Ordered some chicken and fries. I’ll start by saying The food took forever to come out and the two staff members I dealt with weren’t very friendly. Almost like they don’t enjoy talking to customers or even being there.

I ordered extra crispy and got original, which my family doesn’t like, and I tried calling and got no answer. I was trying to call why I was still on that side of town. I talked to headquarters and was supposed to get a refund I never received.

Only went there due to Bojangles being out of chicken, so I had to drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way to get some chicken. The food was decent, not like I remembered how KFC used to be when growing up.

The ladies that work here are so friendly and courteous. This location is near my home and work so we frequent here. It’s nice to experience great customer service especially, as it seems to be more of a rarity than the norm. The food is always fresh and they always get our order right. There can be wait times but if you want fresh food it’s to be expected. And when the service is pleasant it’s a non issue.

If I could give no stars , I would . We sat in the parking lot from 5:10 pm until 6 pm to wait on two chicken sandwich combos , the lady said two minutes what a joke not even an apology and made my fiancé late for work . Lost my business for sure .
