Big Box tenders meal was very good The gravy on the potatoes has changed, but the person that mixed it up may have thinned it down too much. The slaw was excellent as it usually is. Biscuit wasn’t fresh for 12:30 pm biscuits. Overall, a nice snack to share my wife.

Employees Diane & Gina of Weaverville KFC are TopNotch!! I had drove up to drive thru & explained I couldn’t get KFC app loaded in order to get the special on the bucket of chicken. Gina came out to the parking lot & personally loaded the app on my phone. Upon entering KFC to finish transaction the Log in would not work! Gina tried for 20 minutes to get app to work. Diane then offered me complimentary chicken. Upon returning to my car I then realized I had locked my keys in the car! Went back into KFC where I was offered a beverage. I sat down in the Spotless restaurant enjoying my delicious chicken until my hubby came with the spare. Diane & Gina waving goodbye & wishing me a “better day”. Friendly, compassionate employees, Spotless restaurant & Delicious chicken! An “A Plus” Experience!!

It has been years since I’ve been in one, and I’m not sure how to rate this KFC… the chicken was tender and juicy, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean, but they need to change the name to “Kentucky Fried Cornish hen”. I’ve eaten bigger wings than the thigh I was served. The breast was about the size of a small thigh from the grocery store. I realize that the corporation is buying the cheapest chicken they can get their hands on, which evidently means pieces that are so laughably small no one else will buy them. It’s not the store’s fault. One star removed for being a cheap corporation.

The 3 piece all white box crispy fried chicken with 2 sides and a biscuit was fresh and hot. Large enough to share. Only a spork was given to eat with (difficult to eat the chicken breast without a fork & knife, my spork bent after a minute).

Ordered a 12 piece meal online. We were scheduled to pick up our food at 7:03. Arrived in drive through line at 7:03 behind 4 cars. We weren’t sure if we had to wait in line for o line order, so we called store. No one answered for 3 calls over 10 minutes. Arrived at drive through window at 7:20. Our food wasn’t ready. We stayed at the window until 7:25 when they asked us to move up to door. Our food came out at 7:30 in one bag. It was so full, guy had to hold the top boxes to keep them from falling off. I asked the guy if there was a different way to pick up online orders. He didn’t understand, so I started to explain that there didn’t seem to be any advantage to either party by ordering online. While talking to him, he got a phone call on his mobile phone, answered it, and walked away. I wasn’t being rude or disrespectful. I really wanted to know if we did the process correctly, because we still waited 30 minutes for our food… I never had a chance. Store appears to be operated by young adults who couldn’t care less about anything. I’ll never go back. Food was as expected, some old pieces, some freshly prepared.

This kfc was my first job when I turned 18 and I worked there for a month before I quit for a diff job. The renovation inside makes it way better for employees and customers imo, the buffet is a lot easier to do stuff for, so the food is fresher. Never really had a bad exp here.
