This is a KFC and Taco Bell combo restaurant. The cashier had a terrible attitude, my cinnamon twists were cold and tasted stale, and my quesadilla was barely even warmed/cooked.

Seemed to be pretty good for a fast food place and they got the order right and friendly employees!

I know to never go here if I am in a hurry. I only order items off of the Taco Bell menu which do not require any frying or other similar wait for cooking. They only require asembly. I have gone on various days of the week and at various times of the day. If there is nobody ahead of me ordering, the average wait time for my three simple items is eight minutes. I have always seen lots of crew in the back. Recently when I went there were three ahead of me, one ordering and two in line. This “rush” must have been overwhelming. It took 17 minutes for me to get my simple order. The service is always pleasant and the order is always correct. But the wait is always inexplicable.

I have been staying here in Columbus for the past few weeks for work painting the new interchange here. This is literally one of 4 food spots in town that’s close, and the wait is ALWAYS 15+ minutes even for simple value menu. They even ran out of beef one time for a taco of mine and didn’t even come to tell me till I walked up 15 minutes later. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. Will never eat here ever again. I’d rather eat road kill.

When I walked up to order I had to wait for over a minute for the cashier to quit playing with her smart watch. It took about 10 minutes for them to prepare my food (2 items from the dollar menu lol) and the two men in front of me appeared to have been there for quite some time. One finally got his food and then he turned to wish me good luck in getting mine before he left. The other got his food and they had only prepared half of his order so he had to wait for the other half. I ordered food from the Taco Bell side of the restaurant and it doesn’t look that appetizing but I am willing to give it a try. Overall I’d say this is probably not the best choice of locations if you’re craving Taco Bell

The fact that I even have to give them a star is too much. We had a total of 1 combo and 3 menu items. It took us 20 minutes to get to the intercom to place the order then another 20 to actually get our food. We asked for a discount for the wait and they only gave us a 10% and the cashier seeing our pause at the superficial discount offered a extra drink. In conclusion this place was my worst experience of fast food in my 26 years of life and that’s saying something.

Okay, it just might be impossible to top a KFC combined WITH a Taco Bell. In fact, they should have them combined in every single one of their locations. I am in love with the possibility that exists in a meal including a KFC Zinger AND Nacho Fries, y’all. The people have spoken (or at least this one has) and make this happen YUM! Brands. Service here was prompt and the food was fresh. When they were out of a certain product, they finished a new batch and brought them to the table piping hot. They also had a young lady greeting people at the door and thanking us as we left. It was a great experience! I will admit the location here was a little baffling, if only because of the road construction and detour. Be warned, if you take the off-ramp heading towards Asheville on I-26, you will have to drive about four miles out of the way to get back around to I-26. That would probably be my only complaint, as the food was great, the options were somewhat limitless, and the service was impeccable. I love KFC. I love Taco Bell. I love this combination concept.

This is the slowest place in the world. Food is halfway good. I sit in line at drive-thru for 20 minutes. I would have left but I was blocked in. I ordered 10 tacos. My order was not ready. I could have went home and cooked the 10 tacos in 20 minutes. Next time I’ll cook it home.

The wait was way too long, at least ten minutes just for a basic sandwich! All the employees were running around to serve the drive thru, and customers were waiting in line inside with no one there to take their orders. When I got my sandwich, the bread was cold. What?! Not appetizing. Not to mention it was a small piece of chicken and way too expensive. I just gave this fast food chain a chance for the first time in years (only because Chick fil A or a better option was unavailable on my route). I won’t try any of their locations again. Yuck.
