This is the worst taco bell. They might as well take that sign down. I went there for Taco Bell breakfast one time and they informed me they don’t do Taco Bell breakfasts. Today they were doing online orders only. Because they were short staffed. Although two employees had time to come to the counter and tell us this. Then to top it off, you can’t order taco bell this way. Grrr. I’ll not stop again.

Had a very disappointing experience today. I went to pick up lunch and asked them in the drive thru line (because the dining room was locked) if we could have some plates and silverware since we were taking the food out to a job site. The way they looked at me you would have thought we were asking for an extra meal. They reluctantly gave us 4 trays and some silverware. We ordered a half gallon of tea with the 12 pc meal and I asked for some cups but they refused and said it wasn’t in the price of a $40 meal. I finally gave in and asked how much for some cups but wouldn’t sell me any. The manager was very rude the entire time. We will not be back to this KFC and will feed our Habitat for Humanity crew lunch from a restaurant that takes care of their customers. Extremely disappointed!!

i jus bought 40 dollars worth of food from this location and some of my order was missing. i know it can get hectic when theres a lot of orders coming in, but this is the 3rd time that theyve messed my order up. not only that the general manager was working 2 out of 3 of the times that i went and my order was messed up.

It took fifteen minute to get my food and when I finally got my XXL grilled stuffed burito it wasnt even wrapped. It was plopped down on the trey by the employee holding the wrapper by the edges and as you can see from the picture it was torn up with everything that was in the burrito coming out of it. Unfortunately since I was under the impression that this was a fast food resturant and it took so long i was running late i didnt have enough time to actually eat or wait 15 more minutes for them to remake.

So, if your dining room is going to be closed, how about someone lock the door, and maybe change the time on the website to reflect dining room close at a certain time. And you may also want to have the staff be a little nicer when they tell you dining room is closed. All about customer service

Went to KFC, ordered a dozen chicken livers,8 piece meal with 3 sides. I get home and I had 3 full chicken tenders. The rest were dried up pieces. Most were too hard to eat. I honestly tried to give one to my dog and he walked away. I called and the managers first words after I told her were do u still have your receipt. I told her yes but it’s not about getting them to replace them, because I’m not driving back for a replacement. The last time I ordered the 8 piece with 3 sides I didn’t get any chicken breasts. Not one time did the manager say I’m sorry she was only concerned with whether I had my receipt. Needless to say I won’t be going back. And yes I do have my receipt
