Ordered a pot pie and 5 piece chicken tenders. The pot pie looked good, tasted bland but palatable. Not enough broth, pepper and mixed vegetables. It had a lot of chicken in it too but the crust was disappointingly thin and it wasn’t enough to break up into the pie sufficiently. On top of that I didn’t get my cookie. I’ll be driving back to get it after this review. The chicken tenders were good. Hard to mess that up. No one had on masks. Everyone had gloves on. Really tired of the anti-mask ideology during a pandemic along side flu season.

I haven’t eaten in a lot of KFCs in my life I’m 65 years old and yesterday I thought for Kentucky Fried Chicken I bought a bucket of chicken and the fixings the chicken was all right but the fixings world that wasn’t any there and what was their actual way that’s how bad it was I have never seen that at any Kentucky Fried Chicken but that place won’t go back

Lady taking money at register very rude because she had to count the ones I gave her and 65 cent in change . If you can’t handle retail get out….she had on a manager’s shirt as well. Sorry I work in retail as well but,would never say geez and make the customer feel less than Sorry but, i work hard for my money as well as she does . If you can’t do the job get out. On top of that my order was wrong. Hope you guys get it together.

By far the worst kfc i have been to. Really need to look into new management. Went last week, was told chicken would be 20 minutes and no pot pies, which i went for. Went back this evening, 6:30 pm, chicken wpuld be 15 minutes and pot pies 17 minutes. How the hell can you be a restaurant and never have your product ready. Pathetic!

I have been coming to the KFC for 29 years and I had a bad experience with a woman who is a manager for the store and I decided to take a chance one day last week and I had the Best Experience of all the years of eating at the same place as I was taking care of BY the most amazing person and manager in the World his name is Jeff and his kindness and professional work here REALLY Rocked the house for KFC!!! MORGANTON needs more of the best Managers like Jeff to get the job done I will be there again and again for the food quality and your kindness for your customer’s that this manager shows you! Have been twice in the past couple of months. Both times, I ordered the 8 piece family meal. First time the chicken had a burnt taste (old oil) and I didn’t get biscuits. 2nd time they had to give me 3 pieces of original with my extra crispy order, and I didn’t get my BISCUITS!

I went between 7 and 8 pm and was told I could only get 6 pieces of chicken due to only having one cook. I ordered a 6 piece meal, and 6 tenders, and a half gallon of tea. I asked for two sauces. When I got home, I had no biscuits, should have gotten three, and I had no sauces for the tenders, which I was charged for the second one. My bill was $47 and change. While the window staff was nice, I had to pull up out of the drive thru line to wait for the tea for about 7 minutes. I was not advised there would be a wait when I ordered. This is not the first time I have gotten home without part of all the order. I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes that I didn’t receive and wasn’t charged for, but wasn’t aware of it until I got home. There used to be another KFC in town that had become a Taco Bell also. They closed that building and built a solo Taco Bell diagonally across 70, which left only one KFC in town, which is across town from me. It has never had the same level of service as the KFC on Independence Blvd. I called to complain and no remedy was given much less suggested to me, just that it was a difficult night, low staff, etc. For what KFC costs, and it has always been one of the most expensive fast food places, has steadily gone up, and the degree of satisfaction for me has gone down. I had no complaints about the taste or basic quality of the food and tea, but everything else was below par. I am hoping another KFC will be built somewhere near the prior location soon. I think they can get away with these types of things because there is no longer another KFC to visit. The Colonel is probably rolling in his grave. Sad.

Would not return. Was super tired and drive thru employee kept my credit card and used it on another dinner as well. The supervisor actually raised her voice at me for impeding on her time after returning it to me. No offer for refund of overcharged items. I understand this happ to at least three ppl the same day. It was awful .mashed potatoes were not even mixed up .still had dry flakes chicken was not crispy like dough I threw all of it in trash thay must not have anybody that knows what thay are doing
