Do not eat at this location!! I kept trying to figure out why the texture of the chicken was weird. I ate the smallest two wings and then I picked over rest of the wings. At first I thought maybe they boiled the chicken first. No it was RAW. I understand people get it wrong but when I went back they only wanted to give me a new order of chicken. The staff and night manager had an attitude because I didn’t want more chicken . I refused because I was already nauseous from eating undercooked chicken. I went back the next day and the day manager gave me a refund. Don’t eat at this location. 0/10 do not recommend. I had diarrhea for 2 days after…..

Chickrn tenders were ok. Slaw was fresh and cold. Mashed potatoes were KFC standard. Biscuit was hard snd tasteless. Service was very good. The restaurant was clean.

You can tell this KFC has experienced leadership running the place. You are greeted when you walk in with a friendly smile. The food is always fresh and most importantly the place is clean! Very nice and friendly. We had a very complicated order. We were one of those customers that wants to add this, but subtract that and blah blah. The cashier was very patient with us. We dined in, and the restaurant was very clean. We did end up missing one fry, but it was almost impossible not to get at least one thing wrong with how many substitutions we did. So missing only one fry was very impressive. We went back to the cashier, she apologized and gave us another fry immediately. I’m very bad for catching people’s names, so I wish I could call her out to give her the praise she deserved. If you are in this area, stop by and you will get fresh food and great customer service.

They gave me food that was way too hot. It was so hot that the lid lifted from the amount of heat that was in the bowl. It’s burning to the touch and not edible at this temperature. You can see compared to the other item I got at the exact same time in the differences of the lids because the one on the left is way too hot. I called the store to let them know they’re serving food that’s too hot (whether it be from it being under the heat lamp or whatever) and that temperature is literally what restaurants get sued over and the worker just pretty much told me well it will be hot from how it’s stored. I understand that I work fast food as well but not that hot. It’s just incompetence at this point. Someone placed that food in that bag and Definitely felt that it was burning hot and didn’t even care. I’m leaving this review so if someone sues them from burns their lawyer can look back at see this review and see it was an ongoing thing and hopefully it helps their case because this is ridiculous.

I just left from there, I got the $20 box with a $5 side. I wasn’t happy about it when I got home and look in the box. There was no chicken I am pissed. I asked for 4 Thighs and got none. I had only a hand full of fires you would think someone had ate out if the box. I called 3 times now no one answered the phone. I really want my money back. KFC in Whiteville is not a good place to get a meal for your family. For now on I will just go to Bojangles. SMH

I used the drive-thru but at this time with this KFC it’s a little hard to pull in and out. The town is widening the road. The food is always good and the restaurant is clean. The only problem I have there is the lobby is very very cold with the a/c. Had to go outside to warm up.

Tonight’s pot pie was the worst I have ever had. Watered down sauce, no peas and the potatoes were like mush! The contents of the pie was minimal. It had no taste! I’ve never had a bad pot pie from KFC.
