We have had some difficulties with this location in the past when it comes to the time it make for the food to be made. it is also been the overall experience and how downhill the restaurant has went. The last time we had visited this location the drink machine was overflowing and dripping onto the ground and left a puddle near the ground. We had also saw a confrontation in the rear of the restaurant, where it looks like two employees were beefing with each other. I have also noticed many issues when it comes to following health code. employees who were handling food we’re not wearing gloves, then touching parts of their bodies as well as handling money, and then directly touching food, which, in any food industry is a big no-no. After going today, and seeing many of the workers who just don’t care about their job. This time we had ordered our food and we were told that it would be out soon. Little did we know soon meant 40 minutes. They had made the first half of our food and had it out in 15 minutes. but it took them an extra 25 minutes to make three cheese roll ups. we were not alone in the restaurant. The entire lobby was full of people who had paid, but not yet received their food. We were talking to one family that had been there about the same time and we’re still waiting on the food. I hate to say it, but this service is on par with Spirit Airlines because of the quality of service. Unfortunately, I do not think we will be returning to this restaurant because of the poor service that we have experienced over the past couple of visits.

I wouldn’t even give them a one, I was just there . I ordered a 16 piece family chicken meal, not only did we have to wait more then half an hour in the drive thru line when I get home I find out they only gave me 10 pieces of chicken . It was almost 50.00 and they didn’t even give me what I paid for!!!!! It’s so stupid that a chicken place runs out of chicken at 5 pm on a Friday when that’s they should know is the busiest time. What a freaking rip off!!!!!

Actually it’s Not just KFC, in Southport NC, Taco Bell join them at this business, in which food is ok, would be great if it was warm and They are bad for Not rechecking the order once placed in your bag, Almost everything if I don’t recheck before we leave the drive thru, almost every time a few items ordered wasn’t in my bag, but I’ve always been charged of course but not receiving everything. You have to tell them they will fix it but if you don’t No until your home well you probably won’t have ALL your food , Either way I’m Sure hopefully gets better but as of NOW!! Just check your bag. Took 30 minutes to get our dine in meal and everything we ordered was cold! 3 meals and a kids meal and all COLD! I don’t understand what took so long because the food was obviously sitting somewhere for a long time, not like we were waiting for them to cook anything.

Food was good and the vibes were chill. They seemed a little understaffed when we went, it took like 15 minutes for them to take out order. Also this is a combination taco bell/KFC which is pretty cool. You can get some unique combinations that you can’t get otherwise. Would recommend gravy on the nacho fries.
