This location is hit and miss…seems like everytime I come here the drive thru isnt working or they are out of certain things…the pavement in the parking lot is terrible…you’ll bounce around even in a Landcruiser. In my opinion it seems folks at this location don’t really care if they sell chicken or not. **Also to note this location charges tax or surcharge so it’s not like Popeyes or BK where you pay at cost…KFC charges extra even though they are on post. New chicken nuggets are def not the size you see on TV.

So first of all we found plastic in our chicken. Anyways. We went tonight to this location, and every single person working tonight had an attitude. Especially the person who was taking my order at the drive through. Whoever it was needs a serious attitude check. Every time we said something it was immediately followed with “k anything else” we couldn’t even get our sides out before they interrupted us and when we had to go back inside (because we were missing things), someone asked if we had already paid and got even more of an attitude when she was told yes, we did already pay. From someone who works in customer service, take it from me when I say, it’s not that bad. Learn how to talk to customers in a polite and respectful manner, or don’t get a job that’s related to having to be nice and talk to people? It really is that simple. Don’t get a job working with food and then get mad when people order food. Do better, and pay more attention to what you’re breading your chicken with so that people don’t find plastic in their food. We spent $60 on food, we expect it to be correct. I understand mistakes happen, but the attitude about said mistakes it what matters. Don’t be rude when it’s literally your job to be polite.

Went through the drive-through an hour and 15 minutes before closing. They had nothing other than the chicken thighs and breast presumably that they had already cooked. Wanted a chicken sandwich. I asked if they were still going to be open till 10 and they said yeah but we’re closing early. It’s like the ice cream episode for South Park where Cartman gets a job and proceeds to establish bare minimum Mondays and take off Tuesdays. Literally a joke. If you are going to close at 10 close at 10. Basically have no incentive to provide customer service because there’s very little competition on post.

Mrs Debra was the perfect representation of class, elegance, and professionalism. Recognizing my needs and delivering with the upmost consideration. I am incredible greatful for having this heartwarming experience. This was all on her special day “Birthday” too.

For an on base establishment this place is incredibly poorly managed. Plan to wait a very very long time for your order, even if the place is empty. Its shameful how bad this place is. They are always out of things… But if you press them you see really they were just too lazy to make it.

I love to come here for lunch. The window workers are very nice. But they gotta double check what they put with the order.

Sometimes it takes a while for the food to be ready so you gotta park, other than that it’s perfect.

Came in at 8:29pm on a Sunday evening requesting a chicken sandwich combo with fries and they said the fry machine had already been cleaned and closed down. I asked what time they closed and they said 10:00pm. The cashier went to the back where I could still hear their conversation, the other team member saying, “it’s already closed. We’re out of fries for tonight.” The cashier then walked to (presumably) the Manager’s office for a moment, then returned saying it would take 10 minutes for fries because they would have to turn on the fry machine, wait for it to heat up, then make the fries.

They need to update their hours because some of the soldiers are ordering online through delivery companies and their order would go through AFTER 10pm and they close at 10pm but according to google, they don’t close till 11pm which is incorrect and honestly, it’s a waste of gas to only get paid $1.50 for cancellation
