I would just like to say Thank you . My wife and I were on the way back home and decided on KFC . Service was excellent and the food was also excellent and fast we got a16 piece meal in 10 minutes from order to dive away. Had told my wife that our experiences with a chicken competitor is poor . Service poor , wrong order , dirty stores . We would love to have a KFC at the next interchange I-95 and Cedar Creek Rd with your staff you would be a great addition to other restaurants there . A week ago, I ordered from them. My order never arrived. As a consequence, I had to remake my order as a carryout to ensure I got what I had initially ordered. Naturally I wanted a refund on the food I hadn’t received. Today I received an email saying they would not reimburse me for my order because the girl had apparently delivered it. Right. I remade the order as a carryout because I received it. Anyway, I do not recommend ordering from this place to anyone who actually wants to receive his or her food.

My wife bought a chicken pot pie from this restaurant tonight. It was dry and had obviously been made much earlier today and so dry it was inedible. She called the store and the manager was very rude. When she asked to speak with the owner, she was by the manager, “I don’t have their number.” Poor quality food and even worse customer service…take your money elsewhere.

12/8/21 Ordered a 8 piece meal. Paid $25. 91. After waiting about 15 minutes for fresh cooked chicken, I got GREASY, NASTY looking chicken. I went back and got my money back. Manager on duty said she couldn’t do anything about it because their cooking equipment was not working properly. She said it was not her problem and each time their chicken fryer got repaired, it still did not work. So….why is KFC selling chicken that looks like this picture? Been having problems for past two months from Gray’s Creek KFC. They used to have excellent food. Not anymore.

I tried the Nashville tenders for the first time. I do have to say it’s not as hot as Prince’s Hot Chicken in Nashville. Lol. For those who has tried Prince’s…it’s no joke. Flavor was there. I’m glad I only got the 3 pc Nashville meal was like $7 as there wasn’t much of a wow factor. I had a bite or two but my daughter ended up finishing the rest. We also got the 8pc dark meat fill up and it was good. I had some Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and chicken. My kids ate the biscuits as I’m not big on biscuits. We also got fries and it was seasoned well just didn’t taste fresh by the time my son got home which we live 5 minutes away.

My order was took soon as I came through the door but when I got home the chicken wasn’t fresh had a dark yellow to color to meat under skin.Can’t go an hour away to make a compliant cause I was traveling through.The smiles and friendliness was great but not the food.That’s one 20 I wish I didn’t spend

Great service at this KFC. Service is fast and friendly, the restaurant is kept very clean and so are the restrooms. This is my preferred stop of choice when I’m passing through the area on business.

I just left the drive-thru at this KFC the closing time for the KFC was 10p.m.we got there at 9:30pm we ordered a 16 piece and we was getting rushed to order the drive thru girl was very rude she told me that there was not enough to fill up the drink bags she also told me that I would have to wait on the fries but then said they were not making any more for the rest of the night then she handed me two drink bags one of the drinks I did not ask for both of the bags had juice all on the outside of the bags. When I asked for extra napkins to clean of the drinks I was told there was enough in the bag already. If you are returning home late and don’t have dinner for your family I suggest that you do not go to this KFC between nine and ten pm.i don’t know what I did wrong because I thought as long as the lights are still on and your taking orders you can still order off the menu they had plenty of chicken left. I think that these employers need to be aware of who they have running the drive thru or should I say teenagers because no adults coming home from work should have to deal with that type of attitude from a child.
