Do not eat here. Super greasy chicken. The skin doesn’t even stay on the chicken because it’s so greasy. The cashier is rude. She shouldn’t be working at anywhere that provides customer service.

I normally don’t do reviews but I had to take a moment to give a shout out to the young man that helped us. Chevelle(sorry if the spelling is incorrect) greated is as soon as we walked in the door. He stopped what he was doing to come up front and take our order. He was polite and respectful with a smile on his face the whole time. This is not the typical service we normally receive when here. Thank you for the great service!! They are lucky to have you!

Went thru drive thru was told to pull up to curb and wait on fries, after 15 minutes went inside the girl told me she forgot. The chicken sandwich was way over cooked and the fries were obviously old they were over cooked and extremely greasy. I do not recommend this KFC not to mention did someone eat the coleslaw they gave me ?????

My order is always wrong. I tried to give it another try tonight, and the chicken sandwich was old and rubbery. I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl, but was given a potato bowl instead, and it didn’t taste good at all. I couldn’t even finish it. Complete waste of my money. Will not eat there again.

On Saturday, June 10 I visit the KFC on Cliffdale and the employees inside were very rude laughing, and I approach the cashier to place an order and another employee came behind me a female with a knife and was very threatening and said what do you think I’m gonna hurt you I’m not gonna hurt you!!! so I felt very threatened and wondering why would a young lady employee Come and stand behind me in line with a knife very very disrespectful This lady should be fired and never work in customer service restaurants again.

Most Horrible Service. I drove up in a car with three patrons in the car. We each all had separate orders. I ordered a 3 piece and one of the pieces was to be a wing, my wife wanted just two wings for her order and and the drive thru attendant initially said we cannot give more than two wings per person. I then proceeded to tell him, “Sir this is the second order and it’s for my wife and she wants two wings and coleslaw”

Only go here as a LAST RESORT. NONE OF THESE CASHIERS KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THE REGISTER. It took 10 minutes and 3 times just to ring up A SIMPLE 8 PC. MIXED ORIGINAL BUCKET WITH 2 SIDES. RIDICULOUS.

If I could give them a -1 I would. I never really had the best quality of food when coming to this store but tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. The chicken literally was falling apart, and the biscuits were raw. I made it all the way home and noticed this so I went back to the store to let someone know. Mind you I came during dinner time and I am just trying to feed my family. When I drove back I encountered with the manager by the name of Michelle, she stated to me well I can see what I can do for you. Either a refund or try to see if I have the food. I felt like her attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. At this point I am over this restaurant and the quality of their food. My personal recommendation is if you care for horrible service and undercooked food your at the right place. Will not be patronizing them anymore!

I don’t know why, but every time I come to THIS location, I can never get what I want. They used to let me have substitutions when it comes to chicken, but since Covid (that’s their response), I can never get those same substitutions, even paying extra they won’t let me.
