Went to the restaurant for lunch however my coworker had already had a bad experience but we decided to give them another try and had horrible service today also… I know we have a shortage on chicken but is it a shortage on the skin also??? Tried to call KFC to speak to the manager and someone picked the phone up twice and hung up…..WOW how excellent is your customer service!!!!!

I’m literally at this location right now. I went inside to place a order thank God I didn’t go to the drive through. All the works do not have on gloves so me and my Husband waited to sew if they was going to touch the food with his hand and he sure did pick up the chicken with his bare hands and layed it on the bun. Nasty as ever I will never come back here again. Today is Saturday 5/7/2022. Do not eat here.

We have been eating KFC for 30 years and this was the worst chicken I have ever gotten from them or anyone else. I got it home and it was almost burnt beyond eating. Dry as a chip and biscuits hard as a rock. It was 5:59pm when you would expect to get the best they have. I spent $30.83. And was the most dissatisfied we have ever been with KFC!!!

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced before at a “fast” food place. Waited in line (2 cars back) for 30 minutes before even placing an order. Then I waited 20 more minutes for the person in front of me to get their food. Finally the person behind me backed out and left so I backed out and left too. Almost an hour of waiting and didn’t get any food. Then I went to Arby’s and it took 5 minutes. I’ve had slow wait times (20-3 minutes) here multiple times before but never this bad. When I drove back by KFC after getting my food, the car that was in front of me at KFC was still waiting for their food at the window.

The only reason I give them one star was for the gentleman that helped take my order to the car without asking. I order my food ahead of time and when I got there it was ready. Got home and had items missing. No big deal I just went back to get the items I didn’t get.. HUGE!!! mistake was told they couldn’t give me the food I paid for because I called it in.???.. Tried talking with the manager and she told me there was nothing she was going to do for me… I was beyond mad at this point went to another parking lot and called the customer service number and reported her and the terrible service, but I did tell them about how well the gentleman helped me, because I had a messed up foot.

Food was good – chicken was greasy but good. Mashed potatoes and slaw were superb. Health rating was Horrible! Normally I check before I ordered and this time I didn’t. Anything below a 93 or 94 concerns me. KFC’s was 90.
