Ok, ok so ordered #3, but got 4 breasts, knowing would be an up charge. Total ended up being $14+, no worries. Upon returning to begin eating, no straw was given, at all & went thru drive thru. In addition, considering I’d gotten mashed potatoes & gravy, you’d think I’d gotten a minimum of 1 spork. Nope-None at all. Turned all bags inside out looking for one. Come on now guys, they weren’t that busy even + that side mashed doesn’t come close to a “side”. You’d think the price difference between #3 & getting all breast, they’d have at least offered to upsize the mashed potatoes or give option to add a side for 1/2 price, but didn’t.

I’ve only been to this KFC one time in the 6 years I’ve been here because the prices are high. But I do really like the food, so when my dad’s girlfriend offered to pay, if I picked it up, I took her up on it. The food is still pretty good. And the prices are still pretty high. So, unfortunately, I’ll only be visiting every once in a while. The customer service is a little awkward but that’s only because they were training someone and I think he was nervous. Anyway, I definitely recommend the food if you can afford it.

Incredible employees! Cashier saved us money by suggesting a better meal deal! A curtious staff person (Daniel) asked to take our trash and bring us a bag to our table! You don’t find this kind of service at fast food restaurants any more!

Got the 8 piece chicken only original recepie on line for $10.00. The order was ready in a decent time for pick up. The staff did not acknowledge or even ask me if that pick up order was for me? Need better communication with customer pick up.

When I come back to Rowan County for work, I’ll definitely stop at this KFC again. The employees were professional and friendly. They served me the best classic chicken sandwich I’ve had from a KFC so far! Great job guys. Check out the picture of that beautiful sandwich. Loved the spicy mayonnaise

Do not go there after 5pm. The customer service is terrible and the food is cold. I ordered a bowl combo and the girl stated something different- a honest mix up in our conversation…. instead of fixing it in 1 min, she continued to yell through the window and rolled her eyes when I asked to fix the order. The manager was unable to refund me correctly so she called another manager…
