Only come here if you want to wait an hour for cold food and rude service. The cashiers ignore walk in customers and act like you’re an inconvenience when it’s their job. They move at a snails pace, and your overpriced food will be ice cold before you ever get it. Corporate seriously needs to look into this embarrassment of a KFC.

Got 4 Pot Pies. Waited nearly 40 minutes. Two of the Pot Pies had 2 inch long bones in it, the third had large pieces of cartilage . The chicken was NOT shredded. These were the experiences from my wife and kids. My own was ok, but it hard one solid chicken breat piece in it. Absolutely not shredded. While waiting at the window for 10 of those minutes, clearly employees were acting like clowns, laughing, and appeared noone was working. I would have fired them all personally. I would avoid this particular location at all costs. Will NOT be returning here.

I order a 12 piece meal in drive thru today, I wanted dark meat only, half extra crispy half original. Lady in drive thru say they low on original so they gonna give me more extra crispy, I say that fine, got home and I only got 9 piece outta 12 and 6 outta 9 was white meat.. pay almost $40 for 3 legs cause we don’t eat white meat, never goin back to this kfc wat a joke ♂️

Where do I begin? Placed order at 6:30 and was supposed to be ready by 6:57…order was not ready till 7:15. Asked to speak to a manager to ask why we had to wait 15 additional minutes. The response by the assistant manager, Courtney, was very very unprofessional. She started screaming at us and told us, “if you don’t like how we operate, don’t come back”. I remained calm and tried to calm her down to which she again, started yelling. I asked for my receipt, and was denied and told I couldn’t come back. I have filed a complaint with KFC.com. No one should ever have to experience this type of behavior from an establishment. A manager is supposed to maintain a professional attitude…Courtney displayed a highly unprofessional attitude. On top of that, the order of chicken was wrong and looked/tasted dry and old. This location needs new management that can act professional towards their customers. 1-star rating because a zero rating was not offered. Do not recommend doing business here.

Couldn’t get the kids meal that we wanted. The lady said they didn’t have a kids meal with a chicken leg. When we got our order my Mom’s order was wrong. She asked for white meat and got dark meat. The lady that took our order kept blaming other workers for her mistakes. Then when we asked for a pot pie to go it took them 30 minutes to get it to us. When I asked about she said that ours was given to someone in drive thru. The chicken leg and thigh were so small and they tasted like they had been sitting for while because they were very dry. My wife and son asked for extra crispy and got original recipe. We were so upset and hungry that we didn’t bother to have them fix it, we just wanted to eat.

Shows online that they close at 11pm. At 9:01 I pull up at the drive-thru and just sit there. A young guy is taking the trash out but I guess he felt like it wasn’t his place to tell me anything. A different guy outside asks me if I’ve been helped- he doesn’t even work there- I said no, nobody has come on the speaker or anything. He asks the young guy if they’re still serving. He says no we are out of chicken. At any point someone could have come on the speaker or the young guy could have filled me in on this when I was sitting there for at least 5 mins. How is a chicken restaurant randomly out of chicken? Nobody wants to do their job anymore and it’s so frustrating and irritating when they don’t even care to just let you sit there for however long with no response.

3 piece chicken. Both breast were either overcooked, sit under heat lamps too long or refried. They were dry and crust was burnt. Next I will try Popeye or Bojangles.
