On 2 separate occasions I have went to KFC/Taco Bell around 10pm and was told that a number of things were not available because they were cleaning up to close for the evening. When I asked what time they close I was told 11… what kind of business stops cooking and starts cleaning 45 minutes to a hour early… it makes no sense at all. It’s like they don’t want to make money. I wonder what the GM thinks of it?!…

I completely understand that everywhere is short staffed. But do not tell your customer that a pot pie is going is take 16 minutes to cook and then it takes 40 minutes. Then we leave only to find out that the other part of our order was wrong and had to go back all during our lunch hour. It wasn’t even your busiest hour.

Slow,slow, slow and the time you have to wait there is no excuse to receive Luke warm food nobody not even the management has any good customer service skills and to ensure that I get something good when my husband insist on going because he loves chicken I get a chicken pot pie something that’s not hard to mess up
