I’m only sharing this because I’m tired and didn’t feel like cooking. I spent $37 which included 2 large mashed potatoes and got a large gravy bowl with hardly any gravy in it. Seriously, there was hardly any and it’s a 25 minute drive back to get gravy.

My little boy and I waited inside for about 6 minutes and no one spoke to us much less tried to take our order, there were people waiting inside that had already ordered and still hadn’t received their food ,we drove out and pulled into Arby’s next door in a timely manner.

The sign on the door says they close the lobby @9pm… this is the third time I have come way before that time and the doors are locked.with them closing the lobby early the line for drive thru is super long… they really need to do better with advertising the correct hours

Service was extremely slow. They allegedly lost our order and asked to see our receipt. Took 25 minutes to get food just to get the incorrect order. I don’t expect much out of fast food at all and still was very disappointed.

Ordered Nashville hot chicken tenders to get this gross extremely greasy chicken strips. they look like they were rubbed against the bottom of the fryer. I ate one just hoping maybe this is how they were supposed to come. My stomach immediately turned. Paid almost 10$ to ruin my appetite and have an upset stomach for the rest of the night.

Worst KFC iv ever ate at. Sandwich was cold. Ordered Nashville hot and it had a spoonful of sauce on it and only on one side. Fries were cold and soaked with grease. Wish i could give it a half a star.

Horrible experience last night at this kfc location. My husband waited 20 minutes for chicken wings to cook and when they did come up, all of them were given to other customers. My husband was told “oh I’m sorry I forgot about your order” . No organization, and strong management is needed. Do not waste your time going Kfc in Zebulon!!
