As I was trying to place my order the employee kept interrupting me saying that they were out, or it’s going to be 20 minutes on that. This is a place that is known for fried chicken and they tell me that they don’t have any chicken ready and it’s 5:30 pm. This is the busiest time of the day for them (supper time). So I tried ordering the chicken sandwich (that’s out). I finally pulled up to the window and asked “What DO you have?” The woman got really upset and yelled saying “We have it but it just ain’t ready. You just don’t understand what been going on!” I told her to have a good evening and I drove off. What she didn’t understand is that I have worked in the fast food industry for over 20 years. I do understand. The employees had been sitting around and talking and playing instead of getting everything ready for rush hour. I did circle back through and got the 2 piece snack (of course they didn’t have any legs or breast meat”. The chicken was very greasy and the biscuit was hard on the top. I’m sure I’ll be going back there. It will be a little while though.

Stop the Presses! New Headline- KFC in Louisburg, NC is off the hook! Meals served Hot , tasty, and good. We ordered our meals to go. Service was straight up on point, no wasting of time. You order, and they served. My drum leg was so hot, I had to blow it to cool it down . Listen it’s the New Year and I just had to have me some KFC. Woooodoggie! This new year reach out to your neighbor or closest friend and let them know that you appreciate them, extend a helping hand where you can. Let your children know you care, give them an unexpected hug. Tell them you love them…and really mean it. It will blow the lid off when they tell a friend, my Mom and Dad really love ❤️ Me! Stopped in for some dinner. No crowd. Ordering was easy. Took a little while to get my order. I got tacos and gordidas. They were as good as always. Got nacho fries. Those were terrific! Overall, it was a transaction.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my 43 years of life purchase food online it was supposed to be ready at 2:24pm got to the store at 2:26pm and didn’t receive my food until 3:11pm and wasn’t offered anything for my wait it’s always terrible service when I go to this place will never spend money and time there again

Service was great. Very patient drive thru workers who didn’t mind answering many questions before finally taking our order. This location was not crowded when we visited. Food was good. There were a couple of items that I felt could have been a little more fresh from the Taco Bell food but other than that it was good.
