My mom went to this restaurant yesterday and they left out her potato wedges, today my father had to deal with a nasty cashier and an unacceptable quality of food. Look at the picture below.. This was the biscuit my father received with his order today. I don’t know who needs to be retrained, but I DO NOT appreciate my elderly parents being exposed to unprofessionalism and disrespect!! I’d give 0 stars if possible!!

I placed an order at the Drive Thru at KFC in Henderson, NC on 04/01/2023 at 2:15 pm. The young man that took my order was very pleasant and helpful. After receiving my order I checked my receipt and made sure the order was correct. An older woman came to the window and was unprofessional and rude. She informed me that something was running because I was still at the Drive Thru. I was checking my order and receipt to make sure everything was ok before leaving which was explained to her. Please take into account there was no other cars behind me and it only took 2 minutes. With a hateful tone of voice she told me to pull around if I wanted to check my order and receipt. This is very unprofessional because if I would have pulled off and then discovered my order was incorrect this would have been a bigger issue because I could have easily been accused of hiding food. Please check your order and receipt prior to leaving the Drive Thru at this location because this woman’s attitude towards me was suspicious and uncalled for.

I have only gone thru the drive thru at this location. The food is good! The employees could be a little more personable and informative. You have to ask everything. But the prices are getting too high here, so I will go somewhere else. 8 pieces of mixed chicken @$20.00 then sides are extra. So for 4 biscuits, 1 green bean, 1 cole slaw it was $39.88 .

Ordered 2-4 pc boxes, received 1 breast in each box and 3 thighs in each box. No legs and no wings. and charged me for an 8 pc family meal, 2 biscuits 4 coleslaw. This was third strike, won’t be back
